下して前記搬送レールに沿って搬送するようにした粗糸
ボビン搬送装置において、ボビンキャリッジを、精紡機
1台が1回に要求する数の粗糸ボビンを吊下するボビン
キャリッジとし、このボビンキャリッジのボビン数と同
数の粗糸ボビンの載置用ペッグを備えたボビンリフタを
粗紡機と対応して設け、ボビンリフタ上方の搬送レール
に空のボビンキャリッジを待機させ、粗紡機が満管とな
ると、満ボビンを粗紡機のボビンレールから前記ボビン
リフタの載置用ペッグ上に直接移し、載置用ペッグ全て
に満ボビンを載置した時点で、ボビンリフタを上昇して
空のボビンキャリッジに載置用ペッグ上の満ボビンを全
て吊下し、ボビンレール上に満ボビンが残された時、こ
の満ボビンを空になったボビンリフタの載置用ペッグに
直接移すことを特徴とするボビンキャリッジへの粗糸ボ
ビン装着方法。
