【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は自動車等のクラツチに使用するクラツ
チフエーシングに関するものである。

一般に円環状のクラツチフエーシングは第4図
に示すようにクラツチフエーシング1の内周部と
外周部を結んで多数本の放射状溝2を表面に形成
し、これら溝と溝の間にリベツト穴9とリリーフ
穴3とを交互に穿設してある。該リベツト穴9は
第6図に示すようにクラツチフエーシング1の表
面から厚さ方向の途中まで穿設した大径穴6とそ
の先端から該フエーシング1の裏面まで貫通した
小径穴7からなつており、リベツトの頭部をこの
大径穴6と小径穴7の境に係止してリベツトの胴
部は小径穴7を通し、図示していないクラツチフ
エーシング裏面側のクツシヨンプレートに緩挿し
てかしめられ、これによりクラツチフエーシング
はプレートに固定される。なお第5図に示すよう
にクラツチフエーシングの放射状溝2と溝2との
間にリベツト穴9,9′及びリリーフ穴3,3′を
ともに放射方向に2個穿設し、リベツト継手の強
度を増大させた2穴クラツチフエーシング8も一
般的に用いられる。

エーシングにおいて周方向で1本置きの溝の1ケ
所又は複数ケ所に周方向の両側に滑らかな凸状を
形成するように拡がつた拡張部を設け、該拡張部
にリベツト穴を穿設したことを特徴とするもので
ある。

るリベツト穴と異なり、切削をしない溝の拡張部
はクラツチフエーシングの製作過程で形成される
黒皮といわれる固い部分が残つたままであり、こ
の黒皮部分の多い部位にリベツト穴を穿設するこ
とでリベツト穴周囲の強度が向上するからであ
り、さらに切削加工によりリベツト穴の深さは小
さくなるのでこの面からも強度向上が図られる。

ツト穴の部分は第2図に示すようにクラツチフエ
ーシング1の表面に設けたリベツト溝5と拡張部
4とを同一深さで形成し、また該拡張部4の内壁
面は黒皮(図中点で描かれた領域)で覆われてお
り、その中央部にはリベツト用の大径穴6とさら
に該大径穴6の先端から小径穴7がクラツチフエ
ーシング1の反対面に貫通している。
