Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は水槽付き天板の製造方法に関するもの
であり、例えば流し台、洗面台などの水槽をメラ
ミン樹脂化粧板等の熱硬化性樹脂化粧板を貼着し
た天板に取付けるに際し、新規な製造方法を提供
するものである。本発明の主要な効果は意匠性に
優れ、水仕舞いが良く、製造方法が容易で経済性
に優れた水槽付き天板が得られることであり、第
1図は後示するように本発明の製造方法によつて
得られる水槽付き天板の部分拡大断面図を示すも
のである。

が事実上不可能であるため水槽突出部カが形成さ
れるのでこれも外観を低下させて欠点となつてい

も同時に切削することを特徴としているので、メ
ラミン樹脂化粧板と合板基材とを貼着した接着剤
を完全に切削除去することができる。そのため前
記凹部に薄く形成する防水用のウレタン樹脂20
と前記化粧板裏面13との接着性が向上し防水効
果を高めるという利点がある。次に本発明による
製造方法の大きな特徴は切削凹部16の内側17
の一部を残して天板鍔部18を設けた天板の開口

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 熱硬化性樹脂化粧板を木質系基材に貼着して
なる天板の木質系基材部から該化粧板裏面の一部
にかけて、水槽のフランジ部の幅よりも大きく略
同一形状の凹部を環状に切削形成し、この切削凹
部の内側の一部を残して天板鍔部を設けた天板開
口部を切削形成し、前記凹部の熱硬化性樹脂化粧
板裏面側に防水性合成樹脂層を薄く形成し硬化前
に水槽のフランジ部を圧着すると共に、この水槽
裏面部と切削凹部の木質系基材開口端面とで囲ま
れる凹部に接着性熱硬化性樹脂液を注入し、硬化
後水槽のフランジ部の内周端に沿つて前記天板鍔
部を切削除去して成る水槽付き天板の製造方法。 2 接着性熱硬化性樹脂液を注入する前に水槽取
付補助具を木質系基材開口端裏面から前記凹部に
わたつて螺着しておくことを特徴とする特許請求
の範囲第1項記載の水槽付き天板の製造方法。
[Scope of Claims] 1. In a top plate formed by adhering a thermosetting resin decorative board to a wood base material, from the wood base material part to a part of the back surface of the decorative board, the width is wider than the width of the flange part of the aquarium. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that, before injecting the adhesive thermosetting resin liquid, an aquarium installation aid is screwed from the back surface of the open end of the wood base material to the recessed portion.
