However, if this is used as is, the bed will become too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. The temperature control method for this bed has not been established at present, and for this reason, although there have been some successes in cultivating rock wool, there are also many failures. There is even a tendency to cool down. (See Agricultural Materials News, pp. 6-8, November 15, 1986, published by Nozaki Tsushinsha (Head Office, Tokyo), Agriculture and Horticulture, Vol. 42, No. 1)
(Refer to pages 78-85, published by Seibundo Shinkosha Co., Ltd. (Tokyo), January 1, 1985) This invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, and is a method for cultivating rock wool that makes bed temperature control possible. This relates to bed covers.

(Means for Solving the Problem) That is, this invention has a double structure of a black film and a light reflecting film in the longitudinal direction at least at both left and right ends of a plastic film formed in a belt shape. This bed cover for rock wool cultivation is characterized in that the structure is open at the edge portions, and appropriate drainage holes are provided in the longitudinal direction of the plastic film formed in the shape of a band.

This device is a wide and long plastic film that is shaped like a belt, but as shown in Figures 1 and 2, it has a double structure in the longitudinal direction at least at both left and right ends, and is open at the edges. It has become a state. The double structure consists of a black film 10 and a light reflecting film 20.

The black film 10 is, for example, a plastic film having a black color such as black or dark blue as a whole, such as a polyethylene film mixed with carbon or a plastic film dyed black or coated with black. The light reflecting film 20 is, for example, a vapor-deposited polyethylene film on which a metal such as Al is vapor-deposited, a vapor-deposited plastic film such as a vapor-deposited polyester film, or a plastic film kneaded or coated with metal powder. Of course, a protective layer may be provided on the metal vapor deposited layer.

In this invention, for example, a light reflecting film 20 such as a metal-deposited polyethylene film having a narrower width is heat-sealed to both left and right ends of a black film 10 such as a wide and long black polyethylene film at a sealing portion 30. You can obtain something like the one shown in the figure. Of course, on the other hand, a narrower width black film may be heat-sealed to both left and right ends of a wide and long light reflecting film at the sealing portion. Further, according to this invention, by heat-sealing a black film 10 and a light reflecting film 20 of approximately the same width using a sealing portion 30 in the center, a film as shown in FIG. 2 can be obtained.

In the summer, as shown in Figure 3, use a light reflecting film 20.
The bed 50 is covered with the area facing outward.
This prevents the bed from becoming too hot due to the reflection of strong sunlight by the light reflecting film 20 and maintains an appropriate temperature. In winter, the light reflecting film 20 is peeled off so that the black film 10 is exposed as shown in FIG. In this way, the black film 10 absorbs sunlight, prevents the bed from becoming cold, and maintains an appropriate temperature. In the figure, 60 is a pot. The light reflecting film 20 shown in FIG. 4 may be left peeled off as shown in FIG. 4, or may be rolled into a cylindrical shape. Further, in this invention, the light reflecting film 20 peeled off in winter may be removed, and for this purpose, perforations 70 may be made in the longitudinal direction as shown in FIG.

In addition, when using from winter to summer,
At first, the black film 10 is placed on the outside and it is peeled off in the summer. In this case, when perforations are to be made, the black film 10 is placed inside.

Further, in order to keep the bed 50 covered with this device, an appropriate method may be used, such as providing a support in the longitudinal direction on the upper side of the bed 50 and fixing the device to the support using a clamping tool or the like.

(Effects of the invention) Since this invention is configured as described above, it can be used both in summer and winter. If the former is used with a light reflecting film and the latter is used with a black film, the light reflecting film will not be used in summer. The black film reflects the sun's rays and absorbs the sun's rays in the winter, both of which can maintain the bed's temperature.
