<産業上の利用分野>
本発明は、窓板付きウエザストリツプの成形方

ヤビテイに高分子弾性材料を注入して硬化させる
ことにより、窓板の外周部に環状のウエザストリ
ツプ本体を一体結合状態で成形する方法が提案さ
れている(特開昭54−100022号参照)。上記窓板
は、ガラス板又は金属板であり、上記高分子弾性
材料は、EPDM、CR等のゴム材料、又はPVC系
ポリオレフイン系等の熱可塑性エラストマー材料

<発明が解決しようとする問題点>

て、いずれの場合も、窓板とウエザストリツプ本

記キヤビテイの材料注入口に対向する窓板外周部
の接着剤層の形成を、接着剤含浸布を該窓板外周

(ゲート6)に対向する窓板外周部のみとしたが、
全周であつてもよく、また、スポツト的に形成し
てもよい。通常、接着剤が熱硬化型の場合上記接
着剤含浸布5の挟持を行なつた後、接着剤の予備
硬化を行なう。なお、このとき接着剤として、ポ
リアミド、ポリエステル、EVA等の熱可塑性樹
脂をベースポリマーとするホツトメルト接着剤
や、ゴム系の溶液型接着剤を用いてもよいが、前
者の場合は予備硬化が不要であり、また後者の場
合は溶剤を強制蒸発させるだけでよい。さらに
は、窓板1の外周部には予めプライマー処理をし

注入して硬化させる。この材料注入時、熱硬化型
接着剤の予備硬化が不十分であつても、またホツ
トメルト型であつても、この実施例の場合、ゲー
ト6に一番近い窓板側辺Aの接着剤層3は、接着
剤が窓板外周部を挟持する接着剤含浸布5で担持
されて形成されているため、注入時の材料流れに
より接着剤層3が流失することがない。他の窓板
側辺B,Cにおける接着剤層3は、従来と同様、
接着剤を塗布して形成してあるが、該部位はゲー
ト6から離れているため、材料流れが弱く、流失

<発明の作用・効果>
本発明の窓板付きウエザストリツプの成形方法
は、上記の如く、窓板の外周部(側辺)に接着剤
層を形成し、この窓板を金型内にセツトし、形成
されたキヤビテイに高分子弾性材料を注入して硬
化させることにより、窓板の外周部に環状のウエ
ザストリツプ本体を一体結合状態に成形する方法
において、接着剤含浸布を前記窓板外周部に挟持
させて、接着剤層の形成を行なうことにより、材
料注入時の接着剤層の流失が、窓板外周部を挟持
した布により担持されているため確実に防止され
る。従つて、窓板とウエザストリツプ本体間に全
周にわたり均一に接着剤層を介在させることがで
