Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient adhesive force between a window-plate and a weatherstrip itself under preventing the effluence of adhesives layer, by forming the adhesive layer with adhesive-impregnated fabric supported under interposing at the outer periphery of the window-plate. CONSTITUTION:Adhesive layer 3 formed at the outer periphery of a window- plate 1 is supported under interposing at the outer periphery of the window-plate by applying the adhesive or bending an adhesive-impregnated fabric 5 in U- shape. The window-plate 1 is set to mold 7, 8, and a polymeric elastomer material is poured into the formed cavity 9 to be cured. The adhesive layer 3 at the side A of the window-plate nearest to a gate 6 is formed under being supported with the adhesive-impregnated fabric 5 where the adhesive supports under interposing the outer periphery of the window-plate. により担持されているため確実に防止される。従って、
窓板とウェザストリップ本体間に全周にわたり均一に接
着剤層を介在させることができ、両者間に良好な接着性
を達成できる。
