く非回転な一動作にてキヤツプ部材を取外すこと
ができ、着脱操作が簡単で使用に便利である。

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 横断面が円形の口部を持つた横断面が楕円形状
の容器本体と、この容器本体の肩部材に被せ合わ
される横断面が楕円形状のキヤツプ部材とを備
え、 前記キヤツプ部材の開口部の長径方向両端部内
周に係合凹部を設け、肩部材の長径方向一端部
に、前記キヤツプ部材の開口部の一方の係合部を
掛止める掛止部を固設する一方、肩部材の長径方
向の他端部側と容器本体の肩部との間にスペース
を設けると共に、このスペース内に肩部材の長径
方向の他端部外に突出して前記キヤツプ部材の開
口部の他方の係合部と弾性係合するように付勢さ
れた係止部材を内蔵し、この係止部材に肩部材の
一部から外部に臨出する操作部を設けたことを特
徴とする横断面楕円形状型容器のキヤツプ係止装
置。
