In one embodiment, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the overall structure of a container according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present invention provides a container including a container cover 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the container cover 10 is used for covering the container.
Fig. 2 is an exploded view of a container lid according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 2, the container lid 10 includes an outer lid 12 and a top lid 13.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the outer cap 12 includes an inner plug 11 that extends into and seals the inner wall of the container; the top cover 13 is detachably arranged on the inner plug 11;
the side wall of the inner plug 11 is provided with an elastic clamping stop piece 115, and the inner side and the outer side of the elastic clamping stop piece 115 are respectively provided with an outer convex point 115b and an inner clamping point 115a which are oppositely arranged; the side wall of the top cover 13 is provided with an elastic lug 133;
the outer protrusions 115b have a gap size a with the inner wall of the container when the container cover 10 is fitted to the container; the elastic bump 133 and the inner fastening point 115a are fastened to each other, and the interference between the elastic bump 133 and the inner fastening point 115a is b, wherein b is greater than a.
In this embodiment, the outer protrusion 115b faces the inner wall of the container, and the inner protrusion 115a faces the sidewall of the top cover 13. When the top cap 13 and the inner plug 11 are mounted in place, the resilient projection 133 abuts the inner catch point 115a of the resilient catch 115. The interference magnitude between the elastic protrusion 133 and the inner fastening point 115a is b, that is, the fastening magnitude or the fastening depth of the elastic protrusion 133 and the inner fastening point 115a fastened and fixed to each other. When the container cover 10 is combined with the container cover, a gap is left between the outer convex point 115b of the elastic clamping stop piece 115 and the inner wall of the container, and the gap has the size a, and b is larger than a. That is, there is not enough clearance between the outer protrusion 115b and the inner wall of the container to unlock the elastic protrusion 133 from the outer locking point 115a, that is, when the elastic locking member 115 swings until the outer protrusion 115b is engaged with the inner wall of the container, the gap a between the inner locking point 115a and the elastic protrusion 133 of the elastic locking member 115 is still smaller than the interference b, the elastic protrusion 133 can still be locked with the inner locking point 115a, and the elastic protrusion 133 cannot be unlocked from the outer locking point 115a, so that the top cap 13 is locked with the inner plug 11. At this time, the outer cap 12 is rotated and the top cap 13 is not separated from the inner plug 11. Thus, when the container lid 10 is closed or removed by rotating the outer lid 12, the top lid 13 can be prevented from being detached from the outer lid 12.
When the container cap 10 is separated from the container, the elastic locking piece 115 has a sufficient swing space so that the elastic projection 133 is separated from the inner locking point 115a, and the elastic locking piece 115 and the elastic projection 133 can be unlocked by the rotational force so that the over-cap 13 can be separated from the inner stopper 11. That is, when the container cover 10 is not used, the top cover 13 can make the elastic protrusions 133 and the inner clamping points 115a have enough elastic deformation under the action of the rotating force, and the top cover 13 can be separated from the inner plug 11, so that the top cover 13 and the inner plug 11 can be detached for cleaning.
For the internal stopper 11 and the top cap 13 are connected more stably, the top cap 13 and the internal stopper 11 are convenient to detach and clean, the internal stopper 11 is provided with an installation cavity 111, the installation cavity 111 penetrates through the upper end of the internal stopper 11 to form an upper end opening, and the elastic clamping stop piece 115 is arranged on the side wall of the installation cavity 111.

The supporting section 121a is pressed against the flange 112, and the limiting section 121b is rotatably received in the mounting groove 114. It can be understood that the limiting section 121b is disposed in the mounting groove 114, so that the outer cover 12 can rotate along the mounting groove 114, and the rotation is more stable.
More specifically, the turned-up edge 112 and the support section 121a are abutted against each other, and a convex first sliding projected rib 113 is provided at the abutment of any one of the turned-up edge 112 and the support section 121 a. That is, the first sliding protrusion 113 may be provided on the burring 112, and may also be provided on the support section 121 a. In a specific embodiment, optionally, the first sliding protrusion 113 is disposed around the top surface of the flange 112, and the cross section of the first sliding protrusion 113 is arc-shaped or triangular. The first sliding convex rib 113 can reduce the contact area between the flange 112 and the supporting section 121a, reduce the relative friction between the inner plug 11 and the outer lid 12, and facilitate the rotation of the outer lid 12, so that the cup lid is more labor-saving when being opened.
