Claims (1)
- 車体側に取着される合成樹脂製の固定ヒンジ部
材と、開閉体側に取着される可動ヒンジ部材とに
ヒンジピン挿入孔をそれぞれ貫通して設け、固定
ヒンジ部材側のヒンジピン挿入孔に、内側へ突出
する突出部を形成し、前記可動ヒンジ部材のヒン
ジピン挿入孔と、前記突条部を強制的に押拡げて
固定ヒンジ部材のヒンジピン挿入孔とにヒンジピ
ンを挿入し、このヒンジピンを前記可動ヒンジ部
材側に回転不能に固着したことを特徴とする自動
車用開閉体のヒンジ構造。
