At present, the drag mechanism of a conventional spinning reel is configured so that the drag braking force is gradually adjusted to be stronger or weaker by rotating a drag adjustment knob. However, in actual fishing operations, the spool is suddenly changed from a drag operating state to a free rotation state in order to prevent the fishing line from breaking, to prevent the hooked fish from cutting, and to improve the bite of the fish. It may be necessary to switch. In such a case, in the conventional method, the drag adjustment knob must be rotated at least one rotation each time, even if the number of turns is small, and this poses a problem in that it is not possible to respond quickly to fishing conditions on the slope. For this purpose, it is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 61-197872 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 61-27-4 that the drag mechanism provided on the spool shaft can be immediately switched between the drag operating state and the spool free rotation state with a single touch. It is known from Publication No. 638.

However, in all of the above conventional systems, the drag mechanism applies braking force to the spool shaft, and the switching mechanism is installed inside the reel housing. In addition to the moving mechanism, there is a drag switching mechanism and a return mechanism, which makes assembly and disassembly extremely troublesome and easy to break down, and the reel casing also becomes larger and heavier. Other mechanisms of the reel, such as the position of the lever in the rotor stopper mechanism, are also restricted. In view of these current circumstances, the present invention solves the above-mentioned defects by providing a drag mechanism on the spool and dispersing the switching mechanism for switching between the drag operating state and the spool free rotation state in the spool part in a system that brakes the spool itself. It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved spinning reel for fishing.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a spinning reel for fishing in which a drag mechanism is provided on the spool attached to the front part of the spool shaft to apply braking force to the spool. A switching mechanism for switching between the operating state and the spool free rotation state is provided between the spool and the spool shaft. In addition, as a return mechanism for switching the switching mechanism that has been switched to the spool-free four-wheel rotation state back to the drag operating state, there are two methods: a method in which the switching mechanism is automatically returned to operation in conjunction with the rotation of the rotor, and a method in which the switching mechanism is manually activated. There is a method for returning the data, and it is also possible to use both methods together.

[Function] The present invention provides a rotor rotation mechanism and a spool mechanism in which a switching mechanism for switching the drag mechanism of the spool between a drag operating state and a spool free rotation state is provided between the spool and the spool shaft, and the rotor rotation mechanism is provided within the reel housing. The drag mechanism can be instantly switched from the drag operating state to the spool free rotation state with a single touch without restricting the shaft sliding mechanism or other mechanisms, and the rotor rotation can be changed from the spool free rotation state to the drag 4 operating state. It can be restored automatically or manually in conjunction with. [Embodiment] An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As is well known, a fishing line is secured to a rotating shaft cylinder 4 which is rotated by a handle 1 via a drive gear 2 and a pinion 3 that meshes with the drive gear 2. The rotor 5 is fixed, and a spool shaft 7 having a spool 6 at its tip is fitted into the co-rotating shaft cylinder 4 so as to be slidable only in the axial direction. A known sliding mechanism 9 is provided. Thus, the spool 6 is rotatably fitted into a connecting cylinder 11 having a locking disc 10 at its rear end, and the connecting cylinder 11 is rotatably fitted into a support cylinder 12 fixed to the spool shaft 7. At the same time, the drag adjustment knob 13, which is screwed into the front end of the connecting cylinder 11 so as to be freely movable and retractable, adjusts the braking member 14 fitted in the connecting cylinder 11 at the front part of the front side plate and the rear part of the rear side plate of the spool 6 by moving back and forth. It is formed so as to be able to be pressed into contact freely, and serves as a drag mechanism for the spool 6. Also, a collar plate 1 is integrally formed at the rear end of the support WJ12.
A locking member 19 having a locking pawl 16, an operating piece 17, and a retracting piece 18 is pivotally attached to the locking member 19, and the locking pawl l6 is connected to the locking disk 10 of the connecting cylinder 11. The spring 21 is biased so as to engage with a concave-convex engaging portion 20 formed on the peripheral edge of the base plate. An operating member 22 is fitted inside the front part of the support tube 12 and is biased outwardly and circumferentially by a coil spring 23, and an actuating body 2 protrudes inwardly from one side of the operating member 22.
4 is biased and held on one side of a notch 25 formed on the inner circumferential surface of the support cylinder 12 by the biasing force in the circumferential direction of the coil spring 23, and furthermore, the tip of the actuating body 24 is attached to the locking member 19. The operating member 22 is located at the front of the operating piece 17 of the
When pressed inward against the coil spring 23, the actuating piece 17 is rotated clockwise and is locked in the locking recess 26 having the double portion 26', thereby locking the locking pawl 16. It is configured to separate from the engaging portion 20 of the disc 10. A return actuating body 28 having a ridge 27 is fixed to the front part of the rotor 5. When the rotor 5 is rotated by the handle 1, the ridge 27 rotates and the locking pawl 16 engages the engaging portion 2.
The return piece 1 of the locking member l9 that is in a separated state with respect to 0
8 and rotates the locking member 19 in the clockwise direction, the actuating piece l7 is moved into the locking recess 2.
It is constructed so that it can be separated from 6. Note that 29 in the figure is a knob for adjusting the free force of the spool 6. Since the embodiment of the present invention is configured as described above, the first
In the figure, when the operating member 22 is pushed against the coil spring 23 from the chain line position to the solid line position, the locking member 19
The actuating piece 17 engages with the locking recess 26 of the actuating body 24 as shown in FIG. 4 from the state shown in FIG. and the support cylinder 12 are separated, and the spool 6 and the connecting cylinder 1↓ are held in a freely rotating state by the support cylinder 12 while being in pressure contact with each other by the braking member l4. Next, in this state, when the handle 1 is rotated at the same time to rotate the -7= rotor 5, the flange 27 of the return actuating body 28
collides with the return piece 18 of the locking member 19 to rotate the locking member l9 in the clockwise direction and separate the actuating piece 17 from the locking recess 26, while the operating member 22

, and the spool 6 returns to the drag operating state again by the braking member ↑4. Further, as a means for returning from the spool free state to the drag operating state, the operating member 22 is moved into the notch portion 22 as shown by the arrow in FIG.
5 toward the other side, the actuating body 24 moves toward the support tube 12.
The inside of the notch 25 is rotated counterclockwise as shown in FIG. The fifth locking pawl 16 is moved forward by the biasing force and returned to the engagement state with the engaging portion 20, and can also be returned by manual operation. -8 The embodiment shown in FIG. 8 is a spool drag mechanism in which a braking member 14 at the front of the spool 6 is accommodated in a recess 6' formed in the spool 6. In the above embodiment, the return actuator 28 is integrally fixed to the rotor 5, but if the return actuator 28 is frictionally connected to the rotor 5, the switching action of the drag mechanism to the drag operation state can be prevented. It can be done smoothly.
