体後部に軸支した操作レバーの作動片を係合せしめ、該
操作レバーには相反する方向に振分け附勢する発条を設
けたことであり、フロントドラグ方式の場合には、下端
部をリール筺体内の下部に軸支しかつ上端部を発条で後
方に向け牽引した門型の作動部材の左右枠間にヨークを
架設し、該ヨークに先端部にドラグ機構を有するスプー
ル軸の後部に軸方向のみ摺動自在に嵌合した筒軸の前部
に形成した環状溝を回動可能に係止すると共に前記筒軸
に形成した係合部をリール筺体後端部に形成した係合孔
に軸方向に係脱自在に嵌着し、前記作動部材の上部後側
にリール筺体後部に軸支した操作レバーの作動片を係合
せしめ、該操作レバーには相反する方向に振分け附勢す
る発条を設けたことである。 またスプールフリー状態からドラグ作動状態に復帰切換
させるためにハンドルの回転作用で行う場合は、駆動歯
車の背面におけるハンドル軸上にキック部を有しかつ所

装され、更に駆動歯車25の背面には復帰体27を附勢する
バネ28と復帰体27の回動を規制する突起29とが設けられ
ている。 前記復帰体27と操作レバー20の復帰片19との間における
リール筺体10には発条30で附勢されかつ前記復帰片19と
係合する復帰作動体31が軸着され、操作レバー20が起立
位置にあるときは復帰作動体31の先端を前記復帰体27の

ンドル軸22に設けられた復帰体27のキック部26の回動軌
跡外に保持される。 次いでこのドラグ作動状態からスプールフリー状態に切
換えるには、操作レバー20を第2図のように後方に回動
して作動部材16を発条15に抗して前方に傾斜せしめる

第1図乃至第6図の実施例においてハンドル軸の回動に
よる自動復帰切換機構を作動したり、作動しないように
したものであって、復帰作動体31が復帰片19及び復帰体
27と連動しないようにリール筺体10の長孔36に復帰作動
体31を規制する規制杆37を上下摺動自在に設けたもので
規制杆37を第8図のように下方に摺動位置せしめると復
帰作動体31は非作動位置に保持され、第7図の実施例と
同様に操作レバーのみで操作できるようになり、上方の
摺動位置に摺動保持すると、第1図乃至第6図の実施例
と同様にスプールフリー状態からドラグ作動状態にはハ
ンドル軸の回動により自動的に復帰切換えるものであ
る。 また第10図に示す実施例は、ドラグ機構11をスプール軸
3の先端においてスプール1との間に設けるフロントド
ラグ方式の実施例であって、筒軸9のスプライン状の係
