[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, as shown in Fig. 1, the conventional nozzle 1 installed in an automatic sealer applicator uses a cylindrical copper pipe, and its inner surface 1a is smooth. It is becoming. Therefore, the retention force of the sealer 2 at the tip of the nozzle 1 is weak, and if the sealer 2 is applied by bringing the nozzle 1 and the panel 3 close together and after a certain period of time has elapsed, the nozzle 1 is raised or the panel 3 is lowered. Over time, the sealer 2 near the tip of the nozzle 1 will droop and sag 2a will grow, and by the time the next panel is set, it will fall onto the equipment or the floor, making it dirty, or causing the next panel to be set outside the specified range. There was a problem that threads adhered to the parts and degraded the quality of the panel.

[Means for solving the problem] This invention uses a cylindrical pipe that spouts sealer,
A resin screwed onto the tip of the cylindrical pipe, the inner wall surface of which forms a sealer passageway continuous with the cylindrical pipe, and a female thread carved into the tip of the inner wall surface to increase the holding force of the sealer. It consists of a pipe.

[Function] The cylindrical pipe alone cannot prevent sealer dripping, but by screwing a resin pipe with a female thread carved into the tip of the inner wall surface that will become the sealer passage to the tip of the cylindrical pipe, it is possible to prevent sealer dripping at the nozzle tip. The holding force of the sealer can be increased, and as a result, the sealer can be prevented from dripping.

[Embodiment] Fig. 2 is a drawing showing an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, 5 is a slot provided in a sealer applicator (not shown), and a cylindrical copper pipe 6 and the lower end of the copper pipe 6 are It consists of a resin pipe 7 attached to. The copper pipe 6 has an inner wall surface 6a formed into a straight smooth surface, and an outer wall surface 6b having a male thread 8 carved therein. The resin pipe 7 is formed into a stepped pipe shape using a fluororesin having a small coefficient of friction.
Female threads 11 and 12 are respectively carved in 0a. The resin pipe 7 has the inner diameter of the large diameter cylindrical portion 9 connected to the copper pipe 6.
The inner diameter of the small diameter cylindrical portion 10 is made equal to or slightly larger than the inner diameter of the copper pipe 6 so that the flow of the sealer 13 is smooth. Connect the screw 11 to the male screw 8 of the copper pipe 6.
It is connected to the copper pipe 6 by tightening it.

The coating machine equipped with the above nozzle 6 brings the nozzle 5 close to the surface to be coated of the panel 14, sprays the sealer 13 from the tip of the resin pipe 7 of the nozzle 5 at a constant pressure, and applies the sealer 13 onto the panel 14. Then, the nozzle 5 is raised or the panel 14 is lowered to wait, and when the next panel is transferred, the above operation is repeated to apply the sealer 13.

When the nozzle 5 rises, the sealer 13 naturally breaks, and the sealer 13 inside the nozzle 5 causes a slight droop 15 at the tip of the resin pipe 7, but the sealer 13 inside the resin pipe 7 is carved into the inner wall surface 10a. Since it is in an engaging relationship with the female thread 12 and is prevented from falling due to its own weight, the sag 15 does not grow. In addition, the sealer 13 near the tip of the nozzle 5 may be damaged by leaving it for several days.
Once cured, this defective sealer 13 can be peeled off from the resin pipe 7. In this case, resin pipe 7
has a small coefficient of friction, good releasability, and can be easily removed.

[Effects of the invention] According to this invention, the problem that sealer dripping cannot be prevented with a cylindrical pipe alone can be solved by screwing a resin pipe with a female thread carved into the tip of the inner wall surface that becomes the sealer passage onto the tip of the cylindrical pipe. By doing so, it is possible to increase the holding force of the sealer at the tip of the nozzle, and as a result, it is possible to prevent the sealer from dripping.

Furthermore, since the nozzle tip is made of a resin pipe, the wall thickness can be increased to form a deep female thread on the inner wall surface, and sufficient holding force can be provided.

Therefore, while the next panel is being transferred, the sealer will not fall onto the equipment or the floor and make a mess, or it will not adhere to an unspecified part of the next panel and deteriorate the quality of the panel. Good product rate improves.
In addition, if a resin pipe made of fluororesin is used at the tip of the nozzle, the peelability of the sealer will be good, and defective sealer can be easily removed, making cleaning easier even in applicators equipped with a large number of these nozzles. By taking more time, work efficiency is greatly improved.
