従来、ドアパネルに化粧用の矩形枠状の溝を設
け、この溝内に塗装を施すことが行なわれてい
る。この溝塗装を、はみ出しの問題なく能率良く
行なう装置として、第1図に示すものを提案し
た。すなわち、パネル1を搬送するコンベヤ2の
上方に塗料吐出ノズル3と塗料吸込ノズル4とを
設けたものである。塗料吐出ノズル3からパネル
1の溝1a内に塗料を供給し、その余剰の塗料を
塗料吸込ノズル4で吸込むことにより塗料のはみ
出しを生じることなく塗装が行なわれる。

題があつた。また、水量調節が行ない難く、しか
も水噴霧のために水圧送装置が必要になるという
問題があつた。

実施例 この考案の一実施例を第2図に示す。図におい
て、5は吸込ノズル本体であり、内部が塗料吸込
経路6となる筒状に形成され、ブロア7に接続さ
れている。吸込ノズル本体5の口部5aはテーパ
状に絞つてあり、口部5aの内周面に開口して水
噴霧ノズル8が設けられている。水噴霧ノズル8
は水槽9に配管路10で接続され、配管路10の
途中に電磁弁11が介装されている。電磁弁11
はタイマ等に接続されている。水噴霧ノズル8は
内径が1.5mmのパイプからなり、吸込ノズル本体
5の軸心方向に対して45゜の傾き角度αを有する。
水噴霧ノズル8の口部から吸込ノズル本体5の先
端面までの距離hは7mmである。

ル8側へ吸込まれ、水噴霧ノズル8の先端から塗
料吸込経路6内に噴霧される。そのため、塗料吸
込経路6の内壁に塗料が付着硬化することが防止
される。塗料吸込経路6内に噴霧するため、また
ブロア7の吸引力が大きいため、噴霧した洗浄水
が外部に漏れることがない。そのため、環境が改
善される。また、水噴霧ノズル8の先端が吸込ノ
ズル本体5の口部5aの内周面に一致しているた
め、塗料吸込経路6内の全体に一様に噴霧され
る。また、ブロア7の吸引による圧力差を利用す
るため、洗浄水の圧送手段が不要であり、構造が
簡単である。噴霧する水量は、水噴霧ノズル8の
内径を変えることにより自由に調整できる。
