Claims (1)
- 誘電体両面プリント基板の表面に表パターンを
形成し、前記プリント基板の裏面にアース電極の
裏パターンを形成して前記表パターンと裏パター
ンとの間に分布容量を構成すると共に、前記プリ
ント基板の側面に、前記表パターンおよび裏パタ
ーンに電気的に接続され、かつ外部引出端子とし
て用いられるスルーホール電極を設けたことを特
徴とする面実装形式の厚膜電子部品。
