る接続線路をｎ−１個縦続に接続して直流回路接
続線路とし、該直流回路接続線路の一端は最前段
の前記増幅器のバイアス入力端子またはバイアス
監視端子に接続してあり、その他端は最後段の前
記増幅器のバイアス入力端子またはバイアス監視
端子に接続してあり、前記接続線路間の各接続点
は最前段および最後段以外のそれぞれに対応する
位置にある前記増幅器のバイアス入力端子または
バイアス監視端子に接続してあり、前記直流回路
接続線路の一方の端にはバイアス供給回路または
バイアス監視回路が接続してあることを特徴とす
