Claims (1)
- ターンテーブルの下面に取付けた回転軸を回転
自在に支持し、ターンテーブルの上面に径の異な
る複数の環状溝を同芯に設け、その環状溝によつ
て区画されたテーブル上面の環状平面部を吸着面
とし、各吸着面の全体に多数の小孔を設け、かつ
各吸着面の下方に上記小孔と連通する複数の環状
通路と、各環状通路と連通してターンテーブルの
半径方向に延び、ターンテーブルの中心部に位置
する内端部に吸引力が付与される吸引通路とを設
け、上記吸引通路には、前記環状溝と対向する位
置においてその吸引通路を開閉するバルブを取付
けたスピンドル装置。
