In FIGS. 5 and 6, the front grille 15 consists of a plurality of air guide plates 16 extending in the left-right direction of the vehicle body (left-right direction in FIG. 5) and arranged vertically adjacent to each other at predetermined intervals. Fitting holes 18a, 18 provided above the front opening 13 of the under cowl 10 are connected to the two protrusions 17a, 17b provided.
b (shown in FIG. 4), and the bottom surface 10a of the under cowl 10 (see FIG. 2) is fitted into the mounting hole 19a of the mounting portion 19 extending from the lower end with a substantially inverted L-shaped cross section.
is screwed to. As is particularly clear from FIG. 6, the plurality of air guide plates 16 are provided so that the front side of the vehicle body is higher than the rear side. According to this, generally a large amount of cooling air enters from above, and vice versa. Since most of the mud and the like fly from below, the cooling air easily enters the under cowl 10, while the mud and the like are repelled by the lower surface of the air guide plate 16 and are difficult to enter.

As is particularly clear from FIGS. 5 and 6, behind the front grill 15, there is a net-shaped rear side as shown in FIG. A grill 20 is arranged,
A predetermined distance is provided between the rear grill 20 and the sub-radiator 7 so that they do not come into contact with each other. The rear grill 20, as shown in FIG. The mesh is formed so that the distance between the plates 16 or less is equal to or less than that, and the direction in which the holes of the mesh come out is directed upward rather than horizontally. According to this, mud and the like that have passed through the front grille 15 are reliably blocked by the rear grille 20. The rear grille 20 is fitted into the upper fitting hole 15a of the front grille 15 from the back side with a protrusion 23 fixed to the upper part of the holder 22, and is fitted into the mounting hole 24a of the mounting part 24 fixed to the lower part of the holder 22. The front grill 1 is tightened and fixed to the front grill 15 by screws 25.
It becomes integral with 5. The screw 25 has an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of a hole 26 formed in the mounting portion 19 of the front grille 15, and is threaded into the hole 26 while cutting the screw hole. The rear grill 20 is the front grill 15
It is also removable from the under cowl 10, and the lower end of the mesh portion 21 is configured to extend downward from the lower end of the sub-radiator 7.

Next, the operation of the radiator device according to the present invention will be explained. When the vehicle is running, the wind that enters the front grille 15 from above along the front fender 27 is guided by the plurality of baffle plates 16 and introduced into the under cowl 10, and then the wind pressure blows the rear grille 20. It passes through the mesh part 21 and reaches the sub-radiator 7. On the other hand, mud and sewage splashing up from below against the front grille 15 are prevented from directly entering the under cowl 10 by being attached to the lower surface of the baffle plate 16, and the kinetic energy of the mud and sewage is absorbed. By attaching it to the air guide plate 16, it is converted into potential energy, and by natural fall, it is attached to the mesh part 21 of the rear grille 20,
Mud, sewage, etc. are carried to the lower end of the mesh portion 21 and removed by utilizing the surface tension effect of the mesh, thereby preventing them from entering the under cowl 10. The mud, sewage, etc. that have fallen from the lower end of the mesh part 21 are removed from the water drain opening 28 of the under cowl 10.
It is discharged to the outside from ports a and 28b.

As is clear from FIG. 14, the mesh of the mesh portion 21 of the rear grille 20 is formed vertically to improve the downward flow of adhered mud, sewage, etc. Further, the lower end of the mesh portion 21 extends downward from the lower end of the holder 22, so that even if a large sub-radiator 7 is used, the overall size of the rear grille 20 can be changed. Even if there is no downwardly extending portion 2 of the mesh portion 21
Since the sub-radiator 1a can be located below the lower end of the sub-radiator 7, mud, sewage, etc. adhering to the mesh portion 21 can be reliably dropped below the sub-radiator 7.
