〓Conventional technology〓 When knitting a fabric using a flat knitting machine, the knitting width is changed by appropriately increasing or decreasing the number of needles, and a so-called shaped knitting is performed in which a knitted fabric of a predetermined shape is knitted. In particular, knitting methods have been adopted that save raw material yarn by making the product without cutting it, and improve the feel of the product by eliminating seams.

Various methods of knitting the increased stitches have been considered (Japanese Patent Publication No. 46-28705), but in the conventional method, the sinker loop that was first created due to the increased stitches continues to the increased stitches. Since the thread is pulled by the needle loop of the next course, which is formed by the needle loop, there is a drawback that a large hole is formed in the area where the number of threads is increased.
Therefore, in order to eliminate this drawback, the present applicant considered eliminating the hole in the widened part (Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-47496), but the knitted fabric in the widened part would have too much hardness. There was something I felt.

〓Problem to be solved by the invention〓 In view of the above points, the present invention provides a method that prevents holes from being formed in the widened portion during widening when knitting a bullet knitted fabric on a flat knitting machine, and , the purpose is to obtain a knitted fabric without hardness, thickness, etc. in this part.

<Means for Solving the Problem> In the invention as claimed in claim 1, yarns are alternately fed to the flat needle beds provided on both sides of the center line in the same number with the heads facing each other. When knitting a knitted fabric, the first course is knitted with the needles of one needle bed, and when the second course is knitted with the needles of the other needle bed, the knitted fabric is locked. The yarn is fed to the empty needle that is in contact with the needle on the other side of the needle bed, and then the yarn is fed to the needle that is holding the knitted fabric on the other side of the needle bed, and the second course is started by the fed needle. After knitting, the loop locked on the empty needle is transferred to the empty needle that is in contact with the needle that locks the knitted fabric of the needle bed on one side, and the empty needle and the knitted fabric are locked. The stitches are increased by feeding the yarn through the needle and knitting the third course with the needle.

In the invention according to claim 2, when knitting a bag-like knitted fabric by alternately feeding yarn to the flat needle bed which are provided in the same number on both sides of the center line with their heads facing each other, When knitting the first course with the needles of the needle bed on one side and moving on to knitting the second course with the needles of the needle bed on the other side, the needles of the needle bed on the other side that are holding the knitted fabric The yarn is fed to the empty needle that is in contact with the needle, then the yarn is fed to the needle that is holding the knitted fabric of the needle bed on the other side, and the second course is knitted with the fed needle, and then knitting a third course by feeding yarn to all the needles holding the knitted fabric, and then feeding yarn to all the needles holding the knitted fabric including the empty needles in the needle bed on the other side; The number of stitches is increased by organizing a fourth course.

〓Effect〓 At the end of knitting or the start of knitting of the knitted fabric before or after being knitted into a cylindrical shape, the increased stitches are created by making the yarn passing between the opposing needles of the opposing needle bed turn half a turn or once. It will be knitted after being twisted. As a result, the length of the widened loop becomes shorter by the amount of twisting, and the loops adjacent to the widened part are pulled in, so that no holes are formed in the widened part.

FIG. 2 shows a tissue diagram of a knitted fabric knitted by the method of the present invention. As mentioned above, the knitted fabric shown in Fig. 2 is
The front knitted fabric FF knitted by a flat knitting machine is shown by a thick solid line, and the back knitted fabric BF knitted by a back bed B of the knitting machine is shown by a thick solid line. In FIG. 2, the front knitted fabric FF is knitted from left to right, and the back knitted fabric BF is knitted from right to left, forming a tubular knitted fabric.

In the organization chart shown in FIG. 2, the yarn is fed in courses. As shown in Figure 3-1, the course thread 1 is attached to every other needle A, C, E of the front bed F.
When knitting by the front bed F needles is completed, course knitting is performed by reversing the movement of a carriage (not shown). The course is knitted by the back bed B using every other needle F, D, B in the position corresponding to the needle in the position not used in the front bed F (Fig. 3-2). The needles that are not used during the above-mentioned knitting are lowered to the rest position and are on standby. Next, courses are organized in the same way as the courses described above (Figure 3-3,

Next, increasing stitch loop 2 is knitted in the course of the front knitted fabric FF. That is, in the course, yarn is fed to needles A, C, and E of front bed F and needle G of back bed B, and an enlarged stitch is formed by needle G of back bed B (Figures 3-5). The needle G is an empty needle. The next course of the back knitted fabric is knitted by needles F, D, and B of back bed B, and needle G of back bed B does not knit (No. 3-6).
figure). Next, before knitting the course of the front knitted fabric FF, the increasing stitch loop 2 associated with the needle G of the back bed B is transferred to the needle G of the front bed F. (3rd -
Figure 7). As a result of this stitch transfer, the loop 2 locked to the needle G of the front bed is twisted once, and a twisted portion 3 is created in the thread forming the increasing stitch loop 2. Next, the course of the front knitted fabric FF is fed and knitted to the needles A, C, D, and G of the front bed F and the needle H of the back bed B for knitting the widening loop 4 (Fig. 3-8).

(Fig. 3-10) Subsequently, the course of the back knitted fabric BF is knitted by the needles H, F, D, and B of the backbed B (Fig. 3-11). At this time, the yarn forming the widening loop 4 is fed to the empty needle H of the back bed B at the end of the course knitting by the front bed F of the previous knitted fabric FF, so the loop is twisted half a turn. It is becoming. Thereafter, a predetermined number of courses are knitted in the same manner (FIGS. 3-12 and 3-13).

〓Effect of the invention〓 According to the present invention, the needle loops of the loops constituting the increasing stitches are twisted once or half a time when knitting the next course, and then knitted, and the loops are increased by the amount of the twist. loop length becomes shorter. Therefore, the portion is tightened and there is no possibility of a hole forming around the widened portion.
