Although high-speed photography of 0,000 seconds is the limit, high-speed photography of 1/100,000 seconds to 171,000.000 seconds is possible with a strobe, and it is possible to photograph the support strip I that is moving at high speed. It is possible to suppress the blurring of time.

(Z Generally speaking, when comparing a continuous light source and a pulsed light source, a pulsed light source can easily obtain a larger amount of light, and if the light source emits strong light against the support strip 1, the camera aperture can be narrowed down to reduce the disturbance. This is because even if the support strip (2) is thick, light can pass through it.

Images taken by the camera 2 are input to an image processing device 10 having a display panel 9. As shown in FIG. 4, when there are dark stains 11 and light stains 12 on the support strip l of the original wave object, the image of the camera 2 is binarized by the image processing device 10 as shown in FIG. After processing 13, only dark stains 11 appear, and as shown in Fig. 6, ternarization processing 1
4, dark t9 stains 11 and light stains I2 appear. In the image processing device 10, a dark stain 11 is extracted from an image that has been subjected to binarization processing 13 or ternarization processing 14 using an input/output device 15 consisting of a keyboard, a disk, a printer, etc.
Alternatively, the positions and sizes of the dark stains 11 and light stains 12 are output as stain information 16, and are manually inputted to the controller 17 as cleaning control commands.

In the above-mentioned apparatus, the camera 2 (FIGS. 1 to 3)
The photographing of the support strip 1 (see figure) is first carried out by widening the field of view and moving the support strip 1 in the width direction along the movable frame 7, and the photographed image is processed by the image processing device 10 as shown in FIG. The binarization process 13 shown in FIG. 6 or the ternary conversion process 14 shown in FIG.
is moved in the width direction of the support strip L to specify the position and size of the dirt, which is used as dirt information 16, and is manually input to the controller 17 as a cleaning control command. The controller 17 outputs a control signal 23 corresponding to the position and size of the dirt, and selects one of the many nozzles 18 distributed in the width direction of the support strip 1 according to the position and size of the dirt. The valve 21 is opened to spray the cleaning liquid from the nozzle 8, and the valve 22 of the suction device 19, which is necessary to suck the cleaning liquid, is opened to remove the support strip 1.

Since the support strip 1 is endless, the camera 2
When a dirty spot is circulated between the camera 2 and the strobe 3, the camera 2 repeatedly takes pictures and the image processing device 10 performs image processing and judgment, and if dirt remains, the above cleaning is continued. , Finish cleaning when the dirt is gone.
