- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 先端が角錐台状に形成された検出器筐体を有す
る流量測定装置の検出器であつて、 上記筐体内に固定された電磁流速計と、筐体の
電磁流速計後段底部に固定された弾性隔壁と弾性
隔壁の上部に接して設けられた変位センサとから
なる水位計とを備えたことを特徴とする流量測定
装置の検出器。
