Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily move a plurality of furnace bodies to the position of a refining accessory unit by placing the bodies on a movable bearer movable to the position of the unit. CONSTITUTION:A turntable 4 for placing furnace bodies 1, 2 is used also as an operating deck, driven by a driver, and supported by annular rails 5 and a center post 6. Operating chambers of a refining furnace are installed on a stationary deck 7 around the turntable. When this metal refining furnace is operated, lined bricks of the body 1 are gradually worn to become nondurable against use soon. In this case, the turntable 4 is rotated, a standby body 2 is moved to an operating position (the position of an accessory unit 3), and can be rapidly continued for its operation. While the body 2 is continuously operated, the bricks of the body 1 are repaired.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a metal refining furnace for refining or melting metal, in which the furnace body is equipped to be easily replaceable. [Prior Art] A conventional technology will be explained using a converter equipment for melting steel as an example. When steel is melted in a converter, the bricks lining the furnace gradually wear out and eventually become unable to withstand the smelting process. In this case, if one set of smelting furnace consists of a converter and its auxiliary equipment, the entire factory would stop operating while the bricks were being replaced. To avoid this, two fixed smelting furnaces are usually installed.
It was equipped with more than one set of equipment, and when the bricks in one smelting furnace were worn out, the furnace could be shut down and the bricks repaired, and the operation could be continued with another furnace. In this case, each smelting furnace requires equipment to treat the gas generated from the furnace, which has the disadvantage of high equipment costs. In addition, when blowing both stainless steel and ordinary steel in one refining furnace, for example, in order to prevent Ni and Cr in the stainless steel from mixing with ordinary steel, it is necessary to clean the furnace at the time of switching. Currently, such work is being carried out. In addition, as a technology for quickly replacing the converter body, JP-A-54
-148108, but this also has the problem that the replacement work takes time and refining cannot be done during that time. {Problem B to be solved by the invention] In the conventional technology, it is necessary to install two or more sets of fixed furnaces, each of which is equipped with expensive equipment called a gas treatment device, which has the disadvantage of increasing equipment costs. .. Additionally, when blowing stainless steel and ordinary steel in the same furnace, the furnace must be cleaned midway through to prevent mixing of components, reducing factory productivity. The present invention was developed in an attempt to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and an object of the present invention is to provide such a device. [A Thousand Steps to Solve the Problems] The present invention provides a metal smelting furnace comprising one fixed smelting auxiliary device and a plurality of replaceable smelting furnace bodies combined therewith. The present invention is characterized in that I number of furnace bodies are placed on a movable table that can be moved to the position of the auxiliary equipment. For example, a turntable is suitable as a device for cutting out a plurality of furnace bodies and moving them to the position of the smelting auxiliary equipment. It is best to place two or more furnace bodies on one turntable. Of course, a moving device other than a turntable may be used, and a plurality of furnace bodies may be mounted on one common moving device, or may be individual moving devices. [Function] The metal smelting furnace of the present invention shares the smelting auxiliary equipment, which is a fixed device, and prepares a plurality of furnace bodies that require brick replacement, repair, cleaning, etc., and easily smelts these furnace bodies. It has a configuration that allows it to be moved to the location of ancillary equipment. Therefore, a) Equipment costs will be lower. b) Downtime is minimized. C) Repairs and cleaning can be performed independently of operation. It acts like this. [Embodiment 1] An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a plan view of an embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 2 is its A-A
This is a view from the arrow. In the figure, l is the furnace body in operation, 2 is the furnace body in standby or during brick repair, and 3 is the fixed smelting auxiliary equipment.Although not shown in the figure, smelting lance equipment, refining material storage hopper, and dumping equipment etc. are arranged, and refining is carried out at this position. Furnace body 1.2! ! The placed turntable 4 also serves as a work deck, is driven by a drive device (not shown), and is supported by an annular rail 5 and a center post 6. A control room for the refining furnace and the like are installed on a fixed deck 7 around the turntable. In addition, 8 is a furnace tilting device, and 9 is a ladle for receiving steel. When this metal smelting furnace is operated, the lining bricks of the furnace body l gradually wear out and eventually become unusable. At this time, the turntable 4 is rotated and the waiting furnace body 2 is
can be moved to the operating position (the position of the auxiliary device 3) and the operation can be continued promptly. Then, while the furnace body 2 continues to operate, the bricks of the furnace body I can be repaired. In addition, when melting steel types with different components such as stainless steel and ordinary steel, for example, the furnace body 1 may be used exclusively for ordinary steel, and the furnace body 2 may be used exclusively for ordinary steel.
It is possible to prevent the contamination of different components by making it exclusive for stainless steel. In the above explanation, two furnace bodies and one refining auxiliary device are used, but one or two additional furnace bodies can be arranged on the turntable, and the number of refining auxiliary devices can also be increased. [Effects of the Invention] Compared to conventional operations using two or more fixed sets of smelting furnaces, the present invention can reduce the number of ancillary equipment such as flue gas treatment equipment for the smelting furnace, thereby reducing equipment costs. It is possible to reduce the In addition, since it is possible to separate the WII types such as stainless steel and ordinary steel, which do not allow the mixing of different components, time and technical constraints such as internal cleaning of the furnace body are eliminated, and the productivity of the factory can be increased.
