断裁作業分づつの整寸された紙層を、順次揃えて
積み重ねる作業を行なうため、受入れテーブルが
上下動すると共に、この昇降受入れテーブル上か
らパレツト上に無理なく整寸済み紙層をすべらせ
て繰出し、かつ積み重ねする動作が全自動的に行
なわれるようになされているが、昇降受入れテー
ブル上からパレツト上に移行させる際にどうして
も上層部分の紙がずれを起し、正しく積み重ねる
ことが困難で、そのため人手によりその修正を施
こさないとならない等不都合な点があり、自動化
上の問題点となつていた。そのような問題点を解
決して、積み重ね後の修正を必要とせず正しく受
入れテーブル上からパレツト上に移し、積み重ね
ができるようにした断裁紙の搬出装置の積み重整
理装置を、先願考案(実開昭58−12550号)にて
得たのである。この装置にあつては、紙受支テー
ブルを排紙位置まで移動させた後、位置決め静止
垂直案内体と対向する位置において幅寄せ機能を
備え、かつ紙受支テーブルの後退時、該紙受支テ
ーブルの移動に追従して紙が移行するのを阻止す
るための補助案内板を備えたいわゆる二重シヤツ
ター式の垂直案内板を付設し、排紙位置で送り出
す紙層の前後を案内体で挟むようにしてずれが生
じない状態のもとで、パレツト上に順次積み重ね
て行くようにしてある。

量が可成大であつて、しかも自動的に操作するよ
うにしたので、人手により補正することも難かし

内体10を付設の補助案内板を紙受支テーブル2
