[産業上の利用分野]
本考案は金属粉末等の粉粒体を貯留し適宜供給

[従来の技術とその問題点]
一般にホツパー内で粉粒体が詰まつて流出がス

パーの周側壁外面に機械的振動に与えるバイブレ
ータを固設し、該周側壁をこれによつて振動させ
ることによつてホツパー内の粉粒体の架橋状態を
解消させその流出をスムースにさせることが行な
われている。しかしながらこのようにバイブレー
タを周側壁に固設してなるホツパーは周側壁の振
動に伴う金属疲労によつて短期間で破断を起こす
とがあつて耐久性がよくないという問題点があつ

本考案は上記欠点を解消せんとするもので、漏
斗状のホツパーの周側壁の一部に開口を設け、該
開口に筒状の共鳴管を固設し、該共鳴管の先端に
該共鳴管内の気柱を振動させ20ヘルツ程度の低周
波音波をホツパー内に放出させるサウンドジエネ
レータを設けてなることを特徴とする粉粒体供給

[実施例]
次に本考案の一実施例を図面と共に説明する。
周側壁2が漏斗状に形成されたホツパー1はその
下端部に設けられたロータリーバルブ3の開閉に
よつて内部の粉粒体4をシユート5に適宜落下さ
せるもので、その周側壁2の一部に開口6を設け
該開口6に筒状の共鳴管7を固設し、該共鳴管7
の先端にサウンドジエネレータ8を設ける。サウ
ンドジエネレータ8はコンプレツサ9からホース
10を介して圧縮空気の供給を受けて共鳴管7内
の気柱を振動させ20ヘルツ程度の低周波音波をホ
ツパー1内に放出させる。11はサウンドジエネ
レータ8の出力、発振周波数を検知してコンプレ
ツサ9の運転を制御するコントロール装置であ
る。このように低周波音波を開口6を通してホツ
パー1内に放出することによつて該ホツパー1内
の粉粒体を強力に振動させることができる。この
ためその振動によつて架橋状態はくずされスムー
スに流出させることができる。この場合ホツパー
の周側壁2は直接強く振動することはなく、たと
え振動しても非常に弱いために金属疲労の進行度
合は小さい。このため振動による疲労破壊で寿命

粉粒体供給用ホツパーは、その周側壁に設けられ
た開口に共鳴管と、その気柱を振動させることに
より20ヘルツ程度の低周波音波をホツパー内に放
出させるサウンドジエネレータを設けたものであ
るので、ホツパー内の粉粒体を共鳴管の気柱共振
により強力に振動させることができその架橋状態
を解消させてスムースな流出を約束できる。そし
てホツパー自体を振動させる従来のバイブレータ
と異なりホツパー自体を金属疲労させないため耐
