ボタンを軸筒の長孔に沿つて前進させることによ
り筆記体の筆先部を軸先端口から突出させた状態
で、前記バネ体の押圧力により互に当接する段部
を筆記体先端部外面及び軸先端部内面に夫々設
け、且つ係止筒の係止部がクリツプの玉部の係止
段部と係合できる軸筒の孔の位置まで達するよう
寸法が設定されたことを特徴とする筆記具を構成

には軸方向に垂直な係止段部7aを有する切欠7
bが形成されている。軸筒1にはクリツプ5の玉
部7に対向する位置に玉部7を貫入可能な孔1a
が設けられ、その反対側の側面にも軸方向にのび
た長孔1bが開設されている。軸筒1の内部には
係止筒8が軸方向に移動自在の嵌装されている。
係止筒8は大径長筒部8aとその後端面8bの更
に後方に突出する小径筒部8cを有し、後端面8
bには大径長筒部8aと小径筒部8cを連通する
小径孔8dが設けられ、大径長筒部8aの一側面
にはコ字状の切欠溝8eが形成されてその切欠溝
8eに囲まれた内部の弾性を有する長片部8fの
先端外面には操作ボタン8gが突設され、この操
作ボタン8gの反対側の大径長筒部8の側面には
孔8hが開設されその前側内縁部には後方に向つ
て尖鋭に突出する係止部8iが設けられ、前記操
作ボタン8gを軸筒1の長孔1bに嵌入し回転止
めされている。係止筒8の大径長筒部8aには前
方から筆記体9の後端部が挿入され、後端面8b
の小径孔8dには後端に鍔部10aを有する当接
棒10が前方への抜け止めをされて挿通され、当
接棒10の後端を押圧してその前端を筆記体9の
後端面に当接させるようコイルバネ11が小径筒
部8cに内装され、小径筒部8cの後端口を閉塞
してコイルバネ11の後端を支持するようカバー
12が小径筒部8cの外面に抜け止めされて被着
されている。一方筆記体9の先端小径部9aの外
周部には筆記体9の先端部外面段部9bと先軸2
の内面段部2aとの間にコイルバネ13が介装さ
れて筆記体9を後方へ附勢している。この筆記体
復帰用のコイルバネ13は前記の当接棒押圧用の
コイルバネ11よりもバネ圧が小さいものが使用
されている。軸筒1の長孔1bから貫出した係止
筒8の操作ボタン8gを長孔1bに沿つて前進さ
せると、係止筒8、カバー12、コイルバネ1

段部7aを孔8hの係止部8iに係合させ筆記体
9を突出状態に維持する。このように筆先部9c
が突出している状態ではクリツプ5の玉部7は軸
筒1に没入しているのでクリツプ5は衣服に非常
にさしにくく、たとえさせた場合でも玉部11の
係止段部7aと係止筒8の係止部8iとの係合が
解除され復帰用のコイルバネ13によつて筆記体
9は後退させられその筆先部9cを軸内に没入さ
せる。筆先部9cが突出した状態から普通に筆先
部9cを没入させるにはクリツプ5の押圧部5b
を天冠4に当たる方向へ押圧して玉部7を軸筒表
面から引き剥すように浮上させ係止段部7aと係
止筒8の係止部8iの係合を解除させることによ
