(57)【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 【請求項1】 先端にペン先を有するリフィルを軸筒内
に摺動可能に設置し、このリフィルを軸筒内に設けた弾
性部材によって後方に付勢するようなし、リフィルと連
動する押圧部材を軸筒後端の開口部より突出させ、この
押圧部材を押圧することにより前記ペン先を軸筒先端の
開口部より出没させるノック式筆記具であって、前記軸
筒に前記押圧部材を外力から保護し、誤ペン先突出を防
止する遮蔽部材を取り付けてなるノック式筆記具におい
て、前記遮蔽部材は、切り欠き端部を中心として回動可
能に前記軸筒に取り付けられているとともに、前記軸筒
の外側の位置に、前記押圧部材との嵌合部を有すること
を特徴とするノック式筆記具。
