内に沿うロツク部7とノツク部4に沿うガイド部
8を支点部9で連接したロツク部材10を嵌装
し、支点部9より一方のロツク部7の外面に外筒
1の孔11より突出する操作子12を設け、他方
のロツク部7の内面にはノツク部4をノツクした
際、ノツク部4の係止突部6が係止される係止鉤
部13を設けると共に、外筒1の内面にこの係止
鉤部13の逃げ溝14を設けてなる構成としたも
