【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、鉄筋コンクリート構造物等の表層部
を剥離解体するためにその表層部に適当な間隔の
下に所定の深さのスリツトを設け、このスリツト
内に楔を圧入して各スリツト間をブロツク状に剥
離解体する工法において、構造物本体内に埋設さ
れた剥離面に直交する鉄筋等を先ず溶断除去する
ことによつてその後の剥離解体作業を容易に行い
得るようにしたことを特徴とする鉄筋コンクリー
ト構造物等の表層部剥離解体工法に関するもので
ある。

剥離解体すべき部分の内部に第4図に示すように
剥離面に直交する鉄筋eが埋設されている場合に
はこの鉄筋を除去しない限り剥離解体することが
不可能となる。本発明はこのような場合でも剥離
解体し得るようにその作業の前に鉄筋の埋設箇所
を探知器等によつて調査確認した上、これを金属
テルミツト等の火炎工法その他適当な手段によつ
て溶解排除した後楔装置によつて剥離解体するこ
とを特徴とするものであつて、その構成を図面の
実施例について説明すれば、第1図ないし第3図
において1は鉄筋コンクリート構造物にして、2
は剥離部の内部に埋設された剥離面に直交する鉄
筋を示す。このように剥離すべき部分に鉄筋等が
埋設されている場合、金属探知器等によつてその
個所を確認した後、金属テルミツトA等によつて
第2図に示すようにその上部をコンクリートの表
面よりコンクリートと共に剥離すべき深さより少
し深い位置まで鉄筋等を溶解排除して溶解孔3を
設ける。次いで剥離すべき部分に第3図に示すよ
うに適当な間隔で所定の深さのスリツト4…を
縦、横に設け、このスリツト4内に楔5を圧入す
ることによつてスリツトを矢印方向に押し開いて
その底部に亀裂6を生じさせてこの部分より容易
にブロツク状に剥離解体することができる。

業を行うことができる。
