[Prior art] Conventionally, this type of connector structure has four to six connector structures.
The configuration shown in the figure is well known. In this conventional example, 1 is an LED, and the LED is in the case 2.
A printed circuit board 3 is disposed inside the case 2, and the leads of the LED are soldered thereto, and a resistor 4 is attached to the printed circuit board, and a pair of pins 5 are also attached. In a state where the pin protrudes from the case 2, resin 6 is molded into the space inside the case 2 to form an integral structure. In other words, it has a built-in resistor.
It turns out to be an LED.

The board side to which this LED is attached, that is, the array board 7, has a large number of pairs of holes corresponding to the pair of pins 5, and a connector 8 is inserted and fixed (soldered) into each hole. The wiring pattern is such that the power supply is connected to one of the two connectors, and the power supply is connected to the other.
The LED can be inserted into any connector 8 as appropriate to turn on the LED as desired.

[Means for Solving the Problems] As a specific means for solving the above problems, the present invention provides an LED lamp module with an earphone plug as a terminal and a built-in resistor, and an LED lamp module with a diameter corresponding to the terminal. The board consists of two insulating plates with a large number of holes, one insulating plate without holes, and a board made of a large number of metal balls. The metal balls are arranged in the vertical direction and arranged with the metal balls sandwiched between each insulating plate to form a five-layer structure, and each layer of the metal balls is pressed from the side with a spring and is energized.
This is intended to provide a connector structure for an LED board, and the board into which the LED lamp module is inserted, that is, the insulating plate side, simply has a number of individual holes corresponding to the terminals. Therefore, the structure is simple, and even if the pitch arrangement changes, it is simply a matter of drilling a large number of holes correspondingly, and there is no need to attach connectors or the like or to create a wiring pattern.

[Example] Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the illustrated example. 11 is an LED lamp module;
In the lamp module, an LED 12 is attached to a case 13, and a pair of leads of the LED are connected to a terminal 15 having the structure of an earphone plug through a resistor 14, and then attached to the case 2.
The inner space is formed by molding resin 16.

The board 17 to which this LED lamp module 11 is attached has three insulating plates 18, 19, 20.
and a large number of metal balls 21 are configured in five layers in a laminated state. That is, a large number of holes 18a and 19a having diameters corresponding to the terminals 15 are formed in the upper insulating plate 18 and the middle insulating plate 19, respectively.
The bottom insulating plate 20 is not provided with such holes. Then, the plurality of metal balls 21 are sandwiched between each insulating plate arranged at the top, middle, and bottom, and
The metal balls 21 in each layer are pressed by a spring 23 from one side through a metal presser plate 22, so that each metal ball comes into contact with each other with elasticity, and each metal ball It is designed to allow for proper movement. Further, an appropriate power source 24 is connected to the metal balls 21 via the spring 23 or the presser plate 22, and the metal balls are electrically connected by mutual contact.

Note that it is not necessary to provide the same holes in the bottom insulating board 20 as in the other insulating boards, but if a large number of similar holes are provided, depending on the installation state of the board, it is not necessary to provide holes in the same way as in the other insulating boards. The LED lamp module 11 can also be attached to the LED lamp module 11, which is advantageous in terms of versatility.

When the LED lamp module 11 and the board 17 are configured as described above, and the terminals 15 of the LED lamp module 11 are inserted into the holes 18a of the insulating plate 18 located at the upper part, the terminals 15 are connected to the metal balls 2.
1 and moves forward, insulating plate 19 located in the middle.
The upper and lower metal balls 21 are held in pressure contact with the terminals 15 with the intermediate insulating plate 19 as a boundary, and an electric path is formed between the terminals 15 and the power supply 24, and the LEDs 12 starts to light up.

In this case, in order to prevent the metal ball 21 from constantly contacting the terminal 15 and falling into the holes 18a and 19a provided in the insulating plate and causing the power to be shunted, it is preferable that each part has the following dimensions, for example.

Hole diameter (terminal diameter) d = 3.5 mm Metal ball φ = 7.0 mm Upper insulating plate t 1 = 0.5 mm Lower insulating plate t 2 = 2.0 mm Note that the above values are not limited to these, and are merely examples. It simply showed a desirable value.

[Effects of the invention] As explained above, the LED board connector structure according to the invention includes an LED lamp module that uses an earphone plug as a terminal and has a built-in resistor;
A large number of holes with diameters corresponding to the terminals are drilled 2.
The board consists of two insulating plates, one insulating plate without holes, and a large number of metal balls. By sandwiching and arranging the metal balls to form a five-layer structure, each layer of the metal balls is pressed from the side with a spring and is energized, making it extremely easy to form the insulating plates that make up the board. Moreover, it has the excellent effect of allowing the pitch of the LED lamp module to be easily changed in any way.

Furthermore, since the electrical circuit is formed using metal balls, there is no need for troublesome work such as attaching the connector to the insulating plate or forming the wiring pattern.
Since the structure is simplified, it is also easy to assemble, which is an excellent effect.
