[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] This invention relates to a method for delivering items that require refrigeration at an appropriate temperature, and more specifically relates to, for example, fresh foods, refrigerated and
Items that require refrigeration, such as ice-cold or partially frozen frozen foods, and items that require refrigeration, such as medicine, are delivered from a collection point to a final destination such as a general household via a relay point within a specified temperature range. Alternatively, it relates to a method of delivering the product at an appropriate temperature between these locations.

However, with conventional delivery methods, different insulation methods are used to keep the items cold at each delivery stage, so there is a risk that the temperature may fall outside the specified temperature range, resulting in problems with freshness, flavor, etc. There was a problem that the quality of the products deteriorated. Furthermore, since there is no consistency in the insulation means, methods such as complicated packaging, insulation packaging, or accessory equipment have to be changed at each delivery stage. Therefore, there is a tendency to perform excessive cooling and insulation than necessary, and it requires a lot of labor and time.Furthermore, the packaging at each delivery stage is inconsistent, and some are disposable. There were also problems such as increased costs. This problem occurs not only in delivery systems for distribution of products that require refrigeration, such as general fresh foods and medicines, from the production stage to consumption, but also in delivery systems that deliver refrigerated products from each household, etc., to another household, etc. via an agency. A similar problem has been observed in small-lot deliveries, and there is currently a desire for improvement in this regard.

That is, the present invention provides a method for delivering refrigerated, ice-temperature, or frozen items at a predetermined temperature from a collection point to a destination point via a relay point or at an appropriate temperature between these points. A package made of a heat insulating cover for packaging or accommodating articles is prepared, and at the stage of packaging or accommodating the above-mentioned articles requiring cooling in the package, the inner space for each article requiring cooling is pre-cooled by a pre-cooling means, or the above-mentioned Delivery time for items that require refrigeration;
A predetermined amount of cold storage bodies according to the ambient temperature and product temperature are mixed in the package and the cooled items are delivered at an appropriate temperature, and then the package or cold storage body is returned to the collection point in preparation for subsequent delivery. The object of the present invention is to provide a method for delivering goods requiring refrigeration at an appropriate temperature, characterized in that a freezing means is provided at the relay point to refreeze the cold storage body collected at the relay point. be.

In this invention, the above-mentioned package made of a heat insulating cover may be one in which the heat insulating cover itself is made into a sheet and used to package items that require cooling, or,
The heat insulating cover sheet may be formed into a bag shape or a box shape. In this case, the heat insulating cover sheet includes a plastic film for waterproofing and protection, an aluminum thin layer made by vapor-depositing aluminum on the inner surface of the plastic film or aluminum foil bonded to the inner surface of the plastic film, and an inner surface such as a thin aluminum layer. A single or double laminated sheet consisting of a reinforcing fabric layer bonded to the inner surface of the reinforcing fabric layer and a soft polyethylene foam layer bonded to the inner surface of the reinforcing fabric layer, or a plastic coating on the outside of the laminated sheet. A laminated sheet made by laminating nylon fiber canvas for reinforcement is used. Further, the above-mentioned cold storage body consists of a sealed container and a cold storage agent sealed in the sealed container. In this case, the sealed container may be a plastic bag or container of a predetermined shape, but due to distribution reasons, For handling, it is preferable to form a sealed container with an aluminum can or a bag made of a laminated film of reinforced plastic film and aluminum foil, and the above-mentioned cold storage agent contains a melting point adjuster and a viscosity adjuster based on water or carbonated water. Alternatively, if necessary, preservatives, dyes, etc. selected from food additives may be mixed in as appropriate. Furthermore, a refrigerator or a refrigerator using a refrigerator or a refrigerator is used as the precooling means.
In addition, although it differs depending on the delivery system, the above-mentioned collection point may be the production center, distribution point, collection/delivery center, store, factory, etc. in the delivery system, and the relay point may be the collection/delivery center, agency, etc. in the delivery system. Points or factories etc. play this role. In addition, destination points include factories, collection and delivery centers,
There are stores, distributors, and ordinary households.

First, at the collection point, the predetermined items that need to be cooled are packaged or housed in packages made of heat-insulating covers prepared in advance, and either pre-cooled depending on the temperature of the items that need to be cooled, or mixed with a cold storage device depending on the temperature of the items. do. In this state, the items requiring refrigeration are delivered to the destination point via a relay point or directly. After being delivered, the package made of the heat insulating cover is returned to the collection point and reused. Furthermore, when a cold storage body is used, the used cold storage body is collected at a relay point, refrozen by a freezing means, and then used for the next delivery.

Appropriate temperature delivery systems for items 10 that require refrigeration can be roughly divided into six types shown in FIGS. 8A to 8F. FIG. Store via 6
This is the case of the distribution chain from production to consumption of ordinary products. 8B to E are part of the distribution route of the first suitable temperature delivery system, respectively.
C when delivering from 3 to store 64, D when delivering from production area 61 to processing factory 62, and processing factory 62
The case of delivery from to the collection/delivery center 63 is E. In this case, the delivery start point of the refrigerated article 10 is the collection point, the point where the refrigerated article 10 reaches is the destination point, and a relay point is located between these two points. In addition, FIG. 8F shows a delivery system generally referred to as a courier service, in which refrigerated items 10 are sent from a general household shipper 65 to an arrival agency 67 via a shipping agency 66.
This figure shows a suitable temperature delivery system in which the goods are delivered at a suitable temperature, and further delivered from the arrival agency 67 to the consignee 68 in another general household.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the case was explained in which the basket-shaped cart 50 and the box-shaped packaging container 23, which are packaging bodies made of a heat-insulating cover sheet, were used, and the cold storage body 30 was used for cold preservation, but the heat-insulating cover sheet 21
Similar effects can be obtained when the article 10 requiring refrigeration is packaged in the same manner. In addition, depending on the type, temperature, delivery time, etc. of the items that require cooling, it is possible to pre-cool the pre-cooled items to the lower limit of the appropriate temperature range in the pre-cooling stage without using the cool storage body 30, and then cool the items to the upper limit of the appropriate temperature range within the allowable time. In this case, it is not necessary to refreeze the cold storage body 30 at the relay point.

As explained above, according to the suitable temperature delivery method of the present invention, a package made of a heat insulating cover for packaging or accommodating an article requiring refrigeration is prepared, and in the step of packaging or accommodating the article requiring refrigeration in the package, Either the inner space of each item requiring cooling is pre-cooled by a pre-cooling means, or a predetermined amount of cool storage material is mixed in the package according to the delivery time, ambient temperature and quality of the item requiring cooling. After delivering the package or cold storage body at a suitable temperature, the package or cold storage body is returned to the collection point to prepare for subsequent delivery, and the relay point is equipped with refrigeration means to recycle the cold storage body collected at the relay point. By making freezing possible, the following effects can be obtained.
