"Prior art and problems" Today, reflecting the development of transportation and the diversification of eating habits,
A system for delivering fresh vegetables, seafood, etc. from remote production sites inside and outside to consumers' hands is being actively used.
As one of the recent remarkable trends, vegetables and the like are cultivated in foreign countries such as Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Korea, and transported to domestic air routes. For example, locally, vegetables are placed in large cold storage containers and transported by air, refilled with synthetic resin foam containers at domestic airports, and stored with a cold storage agent before being delivered to domestic consumption areas.

However, with such a method, it takes time to refill a synthetic resin foam container at a domestic airport, the product temperature becomes high during the refilling, the freshness decreases, the refilling work damages, the cold storage There are many problems such as frostbite of vegetables and the like in places where they come into direct contact with the agent, resulting in a decrease in commercial value, and the tendency of the vegetables and the like to fall over or collapse in the container, causing damage as well.

As a solution to the above problem, instead of directly packing vegetables or the like in a large cold storage container locally, first, a plastic resin foam container is packed with a regenerator and then stored in the container and transported by air. This method eliminates the need to refill the container from the container into the foam container at the domestic airport, and therefore the trouble, deterioration of freshness, and damage associated with the refill can be solved, but frostbite caused by contact between the cold storage agent and vegetables in the foam container Is still unsolved, and since the foam container is bulky, the transportation amount of vegetables and the like is reduced, and this reduction in transportation efficiency causes a drastic increase in transportation cost. The above problem is
The same applies if a similar transportation system is adopted in Japan.

The synthetic resin foam container (4) is provided with a cool storage agent accommodating portion (3) on at least one of the inner wall of the container, the surface of the bottom, and the back surface of the lid, and preferably the corrugated cardboard box (1).
Is provided on the surface in contact with the surface of the cold air introduction hole (2). The cool storage agent accommodating portion (3) may be designed according to the shape of the cool storage agent to be used. For example, when a stick-shaped cool storage agent is used, a semicylindrical shape is used as shown in FIG. It is better to have a shape in which they are arranged vertically. When the cool storage agent storage portion (3) is provided on the back surface of the lid (5), it is preferable to fix the cool storage agent so that the cool storage agent does not drop from the back surface of the lid. For example, it is like that one to three crosspieces are provided on the back surface of the lid (5), a through hole is formed in the crosspiece, and a stick-shaped cool storage agent is inserted and held in the through hole.

In the present invention, the synthetic resin foamed molded article includes polystyrene-based, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyolefin-based resins such as copolymers thereof, polyurethane-based resins, and the like, and in particular, heat insulation and rigidity as a container. Therefore, polystyrene resin is preferable.

The transport container used in the present invention having the above-described structure, as shown in FIG. 2, stores perishables (not shown) in a corrugated cardboard box (1) and inside a foam molded body container (4). In addition, the cold storage agent (3) of the container (4) is filled with the stick-shaped cold storage agent (6) for cold transportation so that frostbite of fresh food due to contact with the cold storage agent is prevented. In addition, there is an advantage that at the destination, the perishables are stored in a refrigerator or the like as a cardboard box without being taken out.

The transportation using the above-mentioned transportation container is particularly suitable for cold transportation from a remote production site inside or outside to a destination. For example, vegetables and fruits cultivated in foreign countries are locally packed in cardboard boxes (1).
Inside, a plurality of large cold storage containers are stored and transported by air to domestic airports, cardboard boxes are taken out of the containers at the airports, and inside the foam molded container (4) in which the cold storage agent is placed. It will be stored in and shipped to the destination in Japan with cold storage.

According to the transportation method as described above, the corrugated cardboard box is not as bulky as the foam-molded body container, so that it can be efficiently accommodated in the large-sized cold storage container, and since fruits and vegetables do not come into direct contact with the cold storage agent or the cold storage agent, quality deterioration due to frostbite occurs. There is no problem, and at the relay site, there is no need to transfer the fruits and vegetables to the foam molded container, all that is necessary is to store the cardboard box in the foam molded container, and therefore damage to the fruits and vegetables and the rise in product temperature due to the transfer. There is no problem of quality deterioration due to it. Further, since the cardboard boxes are so subdivided and stored, it is difficult for the cargo to collapse such as tilting or moving, and therefore damage due to the collapse of the cargo is avoided.
