[Prior Art] It is well known that termites have a habit of nesting under the soil surface and feeding on wood in dark places or in damp conditions. Its feeding power is extremely significant, and it can also penetrate into cracks in foundation concrete. Once a house made of wood is invaded by termites, the foundations and pillars near the foundation are eaten away, putting the house at risk of collapse, and even the furniture may be eaten away.

Therefore, conventional termite prevention techniques include soil treatment techniques that spray and mix termite inhibitors into the soil around foundations and pile stones, or in the soil surrounded by foundations, and soil treatment techniques that spray and mix termite inhibitors into the soil around foundations and pile stones, or in the soil surrounded by foundations, and on-site termite prevention techniques during construction work. Wood treatment techniques are known in which termiticides are sprayed and applied to foundations, underfloor surfaces, exterior walls, pillars, etc.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, when using the above-mentioned conventional soil treatment technology, the termiticide sprayed into the soil not only washes out with rainwater, etc., reducing the termitproofing effect.
There was a problem in that the termiticide permeated and spread into the soil as rainwater etc. permeated, leading to environmental pollution of wells, rivers, etc.

Furthermore, on-site treatments such as applying and spraying termiticides to external walls, foundations, and the underside of floors are difficult and inefficient because they are carried out after the building has been constructed to a certain extent. In some cases, the anti-termite effect could not be reliably improved because the anti-termite coating was not able to reach the details of the joint between the wall panel and the floor panel.

This idea was made in view of the above circumstances,
The object of the present invention is to provide a wall panel for construction that does not cause environmental pollution due to runoff of rainwater, etc., is efficient in construction work, and can reliably have an anti-termite effect.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The architectural wall panel according to this invention has a joining step part that is recessed toward the outdoors and joined to the floor structure in the tubular material constituting the lower end side of the frame. and a dovetail step part that is further retreated toward the outdoors than the joining step part, and each of these step parts is subjected to an anti-termite treatment.

[Embodiment] FIGS. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of this invention, in which reference numeral 1 represents a wall panel and reference numeral 10 represents a floor structure. The wall panel 1 is formed by attaching face plates 4 to both sides of a rectangular frame 3 formed by assembling cylindrical members 2 vertically and horizontally, and the floor structure 1
0 to form a structural frame.

The core material 2 constituting the lower end side of the frame 3 consists of a frame member 2a and a dovetail return member 2b which is integrally attached to the lower end of the frame member 2a and also serves as a drainer for dropping ants. These frame members 2a
and the dovetail member 2b form a joining step portion 5a that is retracted toward the outdoors and joined to the floor structure 10. Further, in the dovetailing member 2b, a dovetailing step portion 5b which is further retreated toward the outdoor side than the joining step portion 5a is formed by cutting out a lower corner on the indoor side. The surface of the dovetailing stepped portion 5b facing the indoor side is an inclined surface 5b1 that slopes toward the outdoor side. The outdoor side surface of the dovetail member 2b is flush with the outdoor side surface of the stile member 2a, and the face plate 4 is attached to extend from these surfaces.

The joining step portion 5a and the dovetail step portion 5b include:
As an anti-termite treatment, an anti-termite sheet 7 is attached using an adhesive or the like. The anti-termite sheet 7 may be a vinyl chloride sheet containing or coated with an anti-termiticide, or a non-woven fabric made of synthetic fibers.
Those impregnated with termiticide are used.

The floor structure 10 is constructed in substantially the same manner as the wall panel 1, and as shown in FIG. 2, face plates 12 are attached to both sides of a frame 11.
An anti-termite sheet 7 is continuously adhered to the entire lower surface and the entire circumference of the side surface of the floor structure 10.

The wall panel 1 and the floor structure 10 are joined by the joining step 5a of the wall panel 1 coming into contact with the upper end of the floor structure 10. Therefore, wall panel 1
The termite-proofing surface formed by adhering the termite-proofing sheet 7 is continuous from the lower end surface of the floor structure 10 to the lower end surface of the wall panel 1. Therefore, originally, the prevention of termite invasion from the outer wall is done by using the termite member 2.
Although it is sufficient to simply provide the step portion 5b for returning the termites to the step portion 5b, a double termite prevention effect can be achieved by adhering the termite prevention sheet 7 to the step portion 5b. In addition, unlike conventional soil treatment, the anti-termite treated surface is not exposed to rain, and the anti-termite agent may be washed away by the rain, reducing its anti-termite effect over time, or it may seep into the soil with the rain. It does not pollute the environment.

In addition, since the wall panels 1 and the floor structure 10 can be subjected to the above-mentioned anti-termite treatment in advance during the manufacturing process at the factory, work such as gluing the anti-termite sheet 7 and spraying the anti-termite agent can be done on-site. It is no longer necessary, greatly improving work efficiency and reducing costs.

In the above embodiment, the frame member 2a and the dovetail member 2b are separate bodies, but they may be integrated, or the dovetail member 2b
The number of step portions 5b, the direction of inclination of the inclined surface 5b1, etc. are arbitrary. As an anti-termite treatment, an anti-termite agent may be impregnated or applied instead of the anti-termite sheet 7. Further, the floor structure 10 is not limited to a wooden material, but may be made of lightweight cellular concrete or the like.

[Effects of the invention] As explained above, this invention provides an architectural wall panel with a core material on the lower end side, a step for joining the floor structure that retreats toward the outdoors, and a dovetail that retreats further toward the outdoors. This structure is constructed by forming step portions and applying anti-termite treatment to each of these step portions.

Therefore, the ant-repelling step and the anti-termite treatment can provide a double termite-prevention effect, and unlike soil treatment, it is not exposed to rain, so the anti-termite effect will not deteriorate over time. , can solve problems such as causing environmental pollution. Furthermore, since anti-termite treatment can be carried out at the factory, by eliminating on-site work, work efficiency can be significantly increased and costs can be reduced.
