にて行なう横形プレス式の鋳ばり取り装置に於い
て、装置本体の固定型周囲に、製品周囲の一体に
設けた固定部材を嵌挿係止する位置決めホルダー
を弾装出没自在に突設すると共に、該ホルダーと
対向して固定部材をホルダー側に押圧し且つ該ホ
ルダーと共に挾持する押え具を可動型周囲に弾装
出没自在に突設し、前記位置決めホルダーは固定
型の型表面と略同じ高さにて弾圧突出させると共
にその突出端面に、該突出端面側に向けてテーパ
ー部を介して先細状に形成される前記固定部材の
先細部が遊嵌状に挿入され且つテーパー部が開口
縁に衝合係止される適宜深さの開口径にて位置修
正ガイド穴を設け、押え具は可動型の型開口縁面
より高く弾圧突出させたことを特徴とする鋳ばり
取り装置。
