Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a sheet member from being projected from a molded object like a burr by a method in which the sheet member is fixed to one mold, and is heated and then it is molded with said mold, and when said mold is clamped, the sheet member is punched and simultaneously fixed, and then the resin is molded by filling the cavity with the resin. CONSTITUTION:The cavity 11 in which the core 12 for sucking air is provided on its bottom surface, is formed in a first mold 10, and the air in the cavity 11 is discharged through a vent 12a. A fixed guide core 30 is inserted into the outer periphery of said molds movably in the axial direction, and fixes a decorative sheet A, and then guides a second mold 20. The core 22 in which the step part 22a to be fitted into the cavity 11 is formed on a base is provided in the second mold 20, and edge pants 11a, 22a1 are formed on the outer edge of the cavity 11 and the step part 22a. The sheet member A is positioned on the cavity 11 and is fixed by the guide core 30, and then it is heated with a heater 42. The air is discharged from a vent 12a, whereby the sheet member A is brought in close contact with the inner surface of the cavity. Next, mold clamping is carried out with the second mold 20. Then the sheet member A is punched with the edge parts 22a1 and 11a, and the edge surface 22a2 of the step part 22a pushes the end surface to be cut.

Prior Art> As a molding method in which a resin molded product is injection molded and the surface is covered with a sheet material at the same time, for example,
The one disclosed in Publication No. 972 is known. In this method, a preheated sheet material is punched out using a first mold piece and a second mold piece to cover only the area that can be used to produce crystals. The punched part is vacuum-formed according to the shape of the cavity of the first mold part, and then the first mold part is fixed with the mold part.
After the mold pieces and the second mold piece are clamped together with the third mold piece, molten resin is injected to produce a synthetic resin molded product whose surface is covered with a sheet material.

In this method, after positioning the patterned sheet material at a position covering the cavity of the female mold, the heating plate is moved to a position facing the female mold, and then the heating plate is pressed against the female mold to create the pattern. The patterned sheet material is supported and fixed between a heating plate and a female mold, and then the patterned sheet material is heated and softened by the heating plate, and compressed air is supplied from the heating plate to mold the patterned sheet material into the inner surface of the cavity of the female mold. The heating plate is then retracted to the standby position, the female mold is combined with the male mold and molten resin is injected, and then the pattern is formed using the blade provided on the male or female mold. Punch out the part that is integrated with the Gakai resin molded product from the attached sheet material.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, in the former molding method (Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-25972), the second mold piece is moved to one side of the first mold part to reduce only the area that can be used to produce the molded product. The sheet material is punched out, and in this punching, a concave groove provided outside the periphery of the cavity of the first mold piece and a protrusion provided in the second mold piece are used. The periphery of the punched sheet material is located outside the cavity of the first mold piece. Therefore, after punching, the peripheral edge of the sheet material is supported and fixed by the first mold piece and the second mold piece to prevent positional deviation during vacuum forming, but after injection molding, the peripheral edge They protrude from the synthetic resin molded product like Paris, which not only has an inferior appearance but also requires work such as scraping after molding. In addition, since the sheet material is preheated before being positioned on the first mold piece, it is difficult to improve the positioning accuracy of the sheet material. It was difficult to accurately provide patterns and the like, and there was a risk of misalignment.

In addition, after injection molding, the blade part provided in the male or tuna shape can be used to make citrus from the patterned sheet material! Since the sheet material integrated with the A molded product is punched out, there is a risk that a part of the sheet material will protrude from the synthetic resin molded product like a hole, and as in the case of the former case, the appearance will be inferior, as well. There were drawbacks such as the need for operations such as scraping after molding.

Next, the mold is clamped as shown in Figure 11. At this time, the decorative sheet material A is punched out by the cooperative action of the blade part 22a provided on the stepped part 22a and the blade part 11a provided on the opening edge of the cavity 11, and as shown in FIG. The convex portion 12a of the child 12 is fitted into the concave portion 22b on the end face of the core 22, and the decorative sheet material A is punched out by the blade portion 22bl at the opening edge of the cough concave portion 22b. Here, the insertion ID' of the convex portion 12a is set to, for example, 0.1 wa-1.0 cm. That is, if the decorative sheet material A is thin, it will be difficult to punch out. In particular, when the air suction mandrel 12 is provided with a convex portion 12a as in the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. Although the thickness of the decorative sheet material A1 does not change, the portion of the decorative sheet material A2 that is in contact with the circular surface of the convex portion 12a is stretched and becomes thinner, and the blade portion 22b1 of the recessed portion 22b. It becomes difficult to punch out. For this reason, on the side of the core 22 where the recess 22b is provided, a raised portion 22b2 is provided that rises from the periphery of the recess 22b, thereby substantially reducing the height of the convex portion 12a. Here, the height of the raised portion 22b2 is set to 1/2 to 1/3 of the thickness of the synthetic resin molded product.

This case is suitable when it is necessary to align the characters, patterns, etc. applied to the decorative sheet material A with the molded resin product. However, in the case of a single-colored decorative sheet material A, there is no need to align the letters, patterns, etc. with the molded resin product. This fourth embodiment is suitable for cases where there is no need to align the letters, patterns, etc. applied to the decorative sheet material A with the molded resin product. That is, a through hole 19 is provided in the first mold member 10 as shown in FIG. 14(a), and the decorative sheet material A is inserted into the through hole 19 using a known sheet material feeding device (not shown). It is fixed by positioning it in a tensile state. In other words, the sheet material feeding device is used as a sheet material fixing means. Therefore, from the first mold member lO to the stop pin 16,
Since the spring 18 and the like can be omitted, the first mold member 10 can be easily erected. In addition, instead of using the sheet material feeding device, as shown in FIG.
