この発明は自動二輪車における音響ユニツト取
付構造に関し、特にラジオ受信機やカセツトテー
プレコーダ等の音響ユニツトを自動二輪車に着脱

全面の各種操作ボタンやスイツチ等の全てが運転

設けられた他方の接続部材とから成るコネクタを
有し、該音響ユニツトを上記車体に取付けると同
時に該コネクタの電気的接続がなされるように構

ている。車体側のユニツト収納部５は第１図に示
したように、ユニツト２が傾斜して収納されるよ
うに設計されている。従つて、ユニツトと車体と
の電気的接続をなすコネクタの車体側ジヤツク６
は傾斜した取付基板に固定されることになる。
尚、ユニツト側のコネクタプラグ７は、ジヤツク
６と対応するユニツト２の底面に取付けられてい
る。当該ジヤツク６の周囲の取付板上には防水用
のゴムパツキング部材８が貼付されており、特に
当該ジヤツク外周部の取付基板上の最も低い部分
を除く他の部分に防水部材８が貼付されている。
本例では、コネクタ構造が略矩形断面形状である
故に、最低辺となる一辺を除く他の３辺を囲むよ
うに部材８が付されている。従つて、第３図の二
点鎖線にて示すように、ユニツト２を収納部５内
へ収納した状態では、収納部５のコネクタ取付板
とユニツト２の底面とのなす間隙に防水部材８が
挾持されることになり、雨水の侵入を効果的に防
止し得る。そのためには、当該間隙の厚さよりも
防水部材８の厚さがより厚いことが望ましいが、
あまり厚ければコネクタの接触に支障をきたすの
で、防水もコネクタ接触もより完全となる如く部
材８の厚さが選定される必要があることは明白で
ある。また、部材８の厚さ及び材料の選定はダン
