Conventionally, the liquid drainage section at the bottom of the casing was controlled to separate the fabric from the processing liquid using only the bypass valve 25', and because no importance was placed on the pressure distribution to the fabric in the retention section, dyeing was carried out at a low bath ratio. , friction between the fabrics that perform liquid flow relaxation, friction between the fabric and the wall of the reservoir, uneven temperature distribution within the reservoir, etc., and prevents scratches and bumps that may occur, resulting in high-quality fabrics. It was difficult to stabilize operation.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention installs an endless processing fabric (hereinafter simply referred to as fabric) in an annular passage of the fabric consisting of a transfer pipe and a retention section, and circulates and transfers it by a jet flow of processing liquid. A porous portion communicating with the processing liquid flow path on the bottom wall of the reservoir is formed in the lower bottom of the inclined casing provided at the inlet of the reservoir, and the porous portion communicates with the processing liquid flow path on the bottom wall of the reservoir. An on-off valve is provided for adjusting the amount of liquid flowing down the processing liquid flow path in the reservoir, and an upper bottom plate is provided that connects the downstream side of the processing liquid flow path to the lower bottom of the casing, and a lower plate is provided below the upper bottom plate. A double channel is formed in the lower part, and the downstream part of the lower channel is connected to the circulation path of the processing liquid. established,
Furthermore, the present invention is characterized in that a valve device is provided to adjust the amount of processing liquid flowing into the upper flow path.

In Fig. 1, the type of fabric that is likely to cause scratches or bumps is the one that enters the casing from the transfer pipe 2 because the transfer speed of the fabric is lower than that of the processing liquid, so the fabric that enters the casing from the transfer pipe 2 is processed. Pushed by the liquid velocity, the stagnation distribution pressure in the stagnation part is high in the upstream part and low in the downstream part, making it unbalanced. Therefore, depending on the type of fabric, the opening/closing valve 14 is set to be opened single-handedly or in conjunction with each other in the porous portions 5a and 5b, thereby performing a liquid separation action that reduces the speed of the processing liquid. The separated liquid in the casing is located at a higher position than the treated liquid level in the retention section, creating a pressure drop and trying to balance it with the liquid level downstream of the retention section.
Depending on the degree of opening, the processing liquid is distributed from the porous portion 7b of the upper flow path to the processing liquid flowing out and the processing liquid is transferred to the jacket, thereby creating an equal pressure distribution effect on the fabric within the retention portion.

In addition, in the treatment liquid circulation process, the treatment liquid heated in the heat exchanger 28 pulls the fabric through the treatment liquid injection part 3 and enters the casing via the transfer pipe 2, and the treatment liquid separated in the porous parts 5a and 5b is Because the mixed flow does not directly enter the circulation pump but acts within the stagnation section 1, the stagnation section 1
It becomes possible to make the temperature distribution state uniform inside.

Since the present invention is as described above, unlike the conventional device described above, the liquid drain part, which is created only to separate the fabric and processing liquid and to avoid pump surging, is removed from the threads of the fabric.
For items that are likely to be hit, liquid drainage adjustment in the retention section, liquid separation opening/closing in consideration of uniform pressure distribution and uniform temperature distribution of the fabric by reusing treated liquid distribution,
Since liquid distribution is used, it is extremely effective in processing sensitive fabrics with high quality and stable operation.
