It has been difficult to obtain high quality products by preventing uneven dyeing, threading, and hitting, which are considered to be caused by friction between the fabric and the wall surface of the storage tank, uneven temperature distribution, and the like.

Further, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 1-64062, a butterfly flow control valve is opened and closed in the lower flow path of the double bottom plate flow path to distribute the flow rate to the upper flow path to equalize the cloth accumulation distribution pressure in the accumulation section. However, there is a problem that the range of use is limited.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to make the distribution pressure of the cloth storage tank in the storage tank and the temperature of the processing liquid in the storage tank uniform by forcibly circulating the processing liquid.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, an endless treated cloth (hereinafter simply referred to as a cloth) is bridged in an annular passage formed by a transfer pipe and a storage tank, and is circulated and transferred by a jet flow of a treatment liquid to be treated. In the above configuration, a porous portion (5b) communicating with a processing liquid flow path (5a) on a bottom wall of the storage tank is provided in a bottom plate (7) of a casing provided at an inlet of the storage tank. The downstream of the path (5a) is formed as a double flow path branched into an upper part and a lower part via an intermediate plate (6), and the downstream of the lower flow path (6a) is communicated with a processing liquid circulation path. The flow path (7a) is provided with a perforated portion (7b) for ejecting a liquid flow at a cloth transition portion on the casing bottom plate (7), and the upper flow path (7a) is provided with a processing liquid discharged at an inlet thereof. The end of the branch pipe of the side circulation path is exposed through a flow control valve (9).

In FIG. 1, the type of cloth which is likely to cause threading or hit in the casing enters the casing from the transfer pipe 2 because the transfer speed of the cloth is lower than the processing liquid when entering the casing from the transfer pipe 2. The cloth is pushed by the processing liquid speed, and the accumulated distribution pressure in the accumulation tank is high in the upstream portion and low in the downstream portion, resulting in imbalance.

Therefore, first, liquid is separated from the porous portion (5b) of the casing bottom plate in order to reduce and align the fabric. The separated liquid in the casing is located at a position higher than the processing liquid level in the storage tank, and flows into the upper and lower portions of the double flow path in order to make a pushing drop and balance the liquid level downstream of the storage tank. The lower liquid flow communicates with the jacket in the processing liquid circulation path, which is downstream of the storage tank, and the upper liquid flows mixed with the processing liquid with a higher flow rate that has been flow-regulated from the processing liquid circulation path to form a perforated hole on the casing bottom plate. The part (7b) squirts against the fabric, and the distribution of the treatment liquid is balanced by the transfer of the treatment liquid from the middle flow of the accumulation tank to the downstream of the accumulation tank.

Further, in the process liquid circulation process, the process liquid heated by the heat exchanger (28) pulls the fabric by the process liquid injection unit (3), enters the casing via the transfer pipe (2), and enters the porous portion (5
Part of the processing liquid separated in b) enters the circulation pump via the lower flow path (6a), and the other enters the upper flow path (7a) and is heated to branch off the circulation path on the discharge side of the processing liquid. It mixes with the processing liquid spouted from the end (8a) and spouts out from the perforated part (7b).

This is because a temperature difference occurs between the temperature of the processing liquid injected from the processing liquid injection unit (3) and the liquid temperature in the middle part of the storage tank.
The jet flow at the end of the branch pipe (8a) in the discharge-side circulation path of the processing liquid causes a mixed flow, so that the temperature distribution state in the storage tank can be made uniform, so that the dyeing unevenness is eliminated and the leveling effect is improved.

Since the present invention is as described above, the drain portion made only for separating the cloth and the processing liquid as in the conventional apparatus described above is used in the storage tank for the thread of the cloth, which is likely to be hit. It is possible to improve the leveling effect by adjusting the liquid drainage and the distribution distribution of the cloth by the treatment distribution reuse so that the uniform pressure distribution and the uniform temperature distribution are obtained. Since the liquid is mixed and distributed by the discharge circulation path of the processing liquid, the processing of the sensitive cloth is extremely effective in terms of implementation that enables high-quality and stable operation.
