材10を挿入セツトし、次に第2図bに示す如く
ヘツダーパンチ11にて接点素材10をリベツト
形に予備成形し、次いで第2図cに示す如くヘツ
ダーパンチ12にて予備成形したリベツト形接点
素材10′をリベツト形に仕上げ成形していた。

で、ばり13は小さいが、第2図cに示す如く予
備成形したリベツト形電気素材10′をリベツト
形に仕上げ成形すると、第3図cに示す如くばり
13が大きくなるものである。

(発明の目的) 本発明は斯かる問題を解消すべくなされたもの
で、接点素材下端部の絞り込みによる最初の展延
する位置にダイとノツクピンとのクリアランスが
位置するため前記ばりが発生し易いことに着目し
て、ダイとノツクピンとの間のクリアランスに材
料が入らないようにクリアランスの位置を前記テ
ーパから離してリベツト形電気接点を製造するよ
うにしたものである。

が発生しないものである。

て、ヘツダー加工するのであるから、接点素材の
下端部の最初に展延する位置にダイとノツクピン
とのクリアランスが位置していなく、クリアラン
スに材料が入りにくいので、脚部下端面に殆んど
ばりの生じないリベツト形電気接点を得ることが
できるという優れた作用効果がある。またこうし
て得られたリベツト形電気接点は、ガラ研磨した
際、脚部下端面にごく微小に生じるばりが摩滅せ
しめられるので、従来のように台材の接点取付穴
に挿入してかしめた際、及び接点取付後の使用時
に於いて、ばりのめくれが発生するというような
ことが無いので、短絡が防止され、常温ONの状
態となることも無く、ばりがちぎれて機器の作動
部に入り込むようなことも無いので、故障の原因
を解消できる。
