Conventionally, joint materials installed to prevent water permeation due to shrinkage cracks in concrete structures such as concrete walls are, as is well known, installed in formworks through wooden or plastic joint rods prior to concrete pouring. After the concrete was poured, the joint rod was removed and the empty space created by removing the joint rod was caulked.

(c) As is clear from FIG. 4, which shows the arrangement of the joint material of the present invention, the restoring elasticity of the spring member 5 in the direction of the arrow acts on the poured concrete 3 via the outer member 1. It can absorb shrinkage cracks in concrete structures such as concrete structures in a very purposeful manner, and its effectiveness in that respect is enormous. Moreover, by compressing the opening edge of the spring member 5 of the main body 10 and fitting it into the mounting cap 11, the restoring elasticity imparted to the main body 10 absorbs product tolerances of the main body 10 and the mounting cap 11. It has the advantage of being possible.
