However, the constituent materials of these slit materials have the disadvantage of causing a sense of discomfort because the material is different from the concrete structure, and discoloration when used for a long time.
It is impossible to make beautiful slit material with excellent weight. In addition, with hard synthetic resin slit materials, the joint surface with the concrete structure follows the movement of the structure and cushions shocks during earthquakes, but gaps easily form and waterproofing cannot be completed. The drawback is that it is impossible.

This invention improves the above-mentioned drawbacks, and the slit material is made of hardened cement, which is obtained by extrusion-molding cement mixed with reinforcing materials such as glass fiber and asbestos. The slit material is provided with mounting bent portions protruding from both sides in the longitudinal direction, and a protruding portion is formed in the central longitudinal direction. Further, on the back side of the protruding part of the slit material, a recessed part for attaching a gasket is provided in the central longitudinal direction, and inclined step parts filled with caulking material are formed on both sides in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, according to this invention, there is no discomfort between the concrete frame and the slit material, and a very beautiful joint can be constructed. In addition, the connection part with the building frame is bonded very well, which has the effect of preventing rainwater from passing through.

Next, an embodiment of this invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. The expansion slit material 1 is installed across the inner and outer surfaces of the adjacent concrete frames 16, 16, and is made of cement reinforced with glass fiber, asbestos, etc. The materials are mixed and molded by extrusion molding. The slit material 1 has mounting bent portions 2, 2 facing each other which protrude from one side in the longitudinal direction, and a thick protruding portion 3 formed at the center in the longitudinal direction. Further, on the back surface of the protrusion 3 of the slit material 1, a recess 4 having an insertion groove 5 in the longitudinal direction at the center is provided, and flat surfaces 6, 6 are formed adjacent to the recess 4. On the outside of each of the flat surfaces 6, 6 are stepped portions 7, 7 into which a filler 13 such as a seal is fitted, and inclined stepped portions 8, 8 into which a caulking material 14 is filled adjacent to the stepped portions 7, 7. has been formed. Next, the mounting bent portions 2, 2 are provided with concave portions 9, 9 in which mortar 15 or the like is embedded on the outside.
and bulges 10, 10 are formed inside the tip. Further, on both sides of the tips of the protrusions 3, 3, there are protrusions 11, 1 into which concrete bites in the longitudinal direction.

First, as shown in FIG. 3, the slit materials 1, 1 are placed back to back and adjacent to each other, and the concrete temporary frames 18, 18 are opposed to each other by driving nails 17, 17 at predetermined intervals. The width of the slit material 1 at this time is preformed to a size corresponding to the wall thickness. In addition, the recess 4

9 is inserted and pressed elastically. After that, concrete is poured into the temporary frame 18, and after the concrete hardens, the temporary frame 18 is dismantled, and the protruding nails 1 are removed.
7 and 17 are cut, and the concave portions 9 provided on the outside of the mounting bent portions 2 and 2 are filled with mortar 15 and the like for finishing. Further, the opposing step portions 7, 7 are filled with a filler 13 such as a seal, and the inclined step portions 8, 8 are filled with caulking material 14, 14 for finishing.

As described above, according to the expansion slit material of this invention, both slit materials can be installed at the same time as the concrete constituting the adjacent building blocks is poured.
It has the advantage of being extremely easy to construct, and because it uses slit material that is the same material as the building frame, it has the excellent effect of giving the building a very solid finish without making it look out of place. Since the slit material is made of cement mixed with reinforcing materials such as glass fiber and asbestos by extrusion molding, it is able to bond well with the building structure and create beautiful joints that have a sense of weight. Can be done. In addition, the slit material is significantly toughened and has excellent practical effects such as earthquake resistance and fire resistance. Furthermore,
Can fully handle lateral pressure during concrete pouring,
This has the effect of preventing twisting and bending due to lateral pressure. Further, the mounting bent portions provided on one and both sides of the slit material have the effect of stably receiving the contact surface with the temporary frame. The protruding part provided at the center in the longitudinal direction serves to reinforce the slit material, and the recessed part provided at the center of the slit material stably holds the internal gasket, and the gasket prevents rainwater from entering and leaking. It has the effect of completely preventing it. Further, the inclined step portions provided on both sides of the slit material form joint portions facing each other and have the effect of facilitating filling of the caulking material.
