簡単な教習具は従来知られていない。(Prior Art and Problems) For example, various lubricating oil products such as automobile engine oil are commercially available with different viscosities and viscosity indexes. Even if two types of lubricating oil products exhibit approximately the same viscosity at high temperatures, the product with a higher viscosity index exhibits lower viscosity at lower temperatures than the product with a lower viscosity index. A teaching tool with a simple structure suitable for easily explaining the viscosity characteristics of such liquids has not been known so far.

FIG. 4 is a longitudinal sectional view, FIG. 4 is a perspective view, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view in an inverted state. 1 is a rectangular parallelepiped box made of transparent plastic and has four sides and a bottom, but no top. Support plates 2 and 3 are horizontally fixed to a location near the bottom of the box 1 and a location relatively close to the top, respectively, and between the two support plates 2 and 3, three pieces of equal size and diameter are fixed. Cylindrical bubble viscometers 4, 5, 6 and a thermometer 7 are fixed vertically. The bubble viscometers 4, 5, and 6 each contain three types of standard liquids or sample liquids 8 with different viscosity characteristics.
and the same amount of air bubbles 9 are enclosed. The amount of air is preferably such that the bubble 9 is longer than the diameter of the cylinder. A partition wall 10 in which heating medium injection/discharge ports 11 and 12 are formed is fixed almost horizontally to the upper part of the support plate 3 in the case 1, and removable plugs 13 and 14 are attached to the injection/discharge ports. It is inserted.

It may be made of transparent plastic such as polyacrylate, glass, etc.), but the bubble viscometer 4, 5, 6
Also, only the surface on which the thermometer 7 can be seen may be made of a transparent material. In the figure, the support plates 2, 3 and the partition wall 10 are made of transparent materials, but these do not necessarily have to be transparent materials. The type of sample liquid enclosed in the bubble viscometers 4, 5, and 6 may be displayed on the outer surface of the box 1, or other decorations, explanations, etc. may be provided. The box 1 does not have to be a rectangular parallelepiped, but can take any other shape such as a cylinder, a cube, a polygonal tube, etc., but it is preferable that the upper end is flat so that it can stand upright when it is turned upside down. Although the thermometer 7 does not necessarily have to be provided, it is preferable to provide it. The heat medium injection/discharge ports 11 and 12 may have separate injection ports and discharge ports, or may have a single injection port that also serves as a discharge port. Plug 1 that fits into the injection/discharge ports 11 and 12
3 and 14 may be screws, rubber stoppers, cork stoppers, etc. as long as they can be sealed tightly. Further, the number of bubble viscometers provided in the box 1 is not limited to three, but may be, for example, 2 to 20.

14 is removed and ice water or hot water at about 70° C. is poured into the box 1, these heat carriers enter the box 1 and the liquid 8 and thermometer 7 inside the bubble viscometer are brought to a low or high temperature. Next, the inlet/outlet ports 11, 1 are connected to the plugs 13, 14.
When the tube 2 is sealed tightly and turned 180 degrees and held upside down as shown in FIG. 5, the bubbles 9 in the bubble viscometers 4, 5, and 6 rise. Bubbles rise faster in sample liquids with lower viscosity at that temperature. By performing this operation at low and high temperatures, the difference in viscosity index of the sample liquid can be determined by comparing the rate of rise. Water is convenient as the heat medium, but other liquids can also be used. When comparing sample liquids at room temperature, there is no need to use a heating medium.
