Claims (1)

ある防水層を有し、シースが少なくともポリビニ
ルクロライドまたはポリビニルクロライド系共重
合体からなり、スキン層が少なくともポリビニル
クロライドまたはポリビニルクロライド系共重合
体、マイクロカプセル化したシクロヘキシミド及
び撥水剤からなり、かつ該スキン層は吸水性充填
剤を含まないか、又は含んでいる場合には、その
量がスキン層を形成する全組成中１５重量％以下
