チレンによつて形成し、内部絶縁層および外部絶
縁層を、酢酸ビニルが重量％で４〜２５％含有す
るように、酢酸ビニルの含有量が重量％で１２％
以上のエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体を添加した架
橋ポリエチレンによつて形成し、内部絶縁層と外
部絶縁層の厚さを、それぞれ０．２５mm以上で、
両者の厚さの合計が中間絶縁層の厚さを越えない
ように設定したことを特徴とする架橋ポリエチレ
