Claims (1)
びシースより表面側に存するスキン層を有し、シ
ースが少なくともポリビニルクロライドまたはポ
リビニルクロライド系共重合体及び撥水剤からな
り、かつ該シースは吸水性充填剤を含まないか、
又は含んでいる場合には、その量がシースを形成
する全組成中１５重量％以下であり、スキン層が
少なくともポリビニルクロライドまたはポリビニ
ルクロライド系共重合体、マイクロカプセル化し
たシクロヘキシミド、及び撥水剤からなり、かつ
該スキン層は吸水性充填剤を含まないか、又は含
んでいる場合には、その量がスキン層を形成する
全組成中１５重量％以下であることを特徴とする
