【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案のセラミツクス製チツプ刃付丸
鋸であり、第２図はチツプ刃付背金部分の形状を
示し、第３図はチツプ刃を掬面側から見た形状を
示し、第４図は従来の超硬合金製チツプ刃付丸鋸
を示す。 １…台金、２…背金部分、３ａ…セラミツクス
製チツプ刃、３ｂ…メタライズ層、４…チツプポ
ケツト部分、５…背金部分の逃げ角。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 円板状の台金の外周にチツプ刃の接合され
    る背金部分とチツプポケツト部分を交互に形成し
    、該背金部分に金属及び／又は合金のメタライズ
    層を介してチツプ刃を接合してなる丸鋸において
    、該チツプ刃がセラミツクス焼結体からなり、か
    つ該背金部分逃げ角が５°以下であることを特徴
    とするセラミツクス製チツプ刃付丸鋸。 (2) 上記チツプポケツト部分は、上記台金の外
    周から該台金の中心に向つての深さが８mm以上で
    ある請求項１記載のセラミツクス製チツプ刃付丸
    鋸。 (3) 上記背金部分は、逃げ角が０°であり、か
    つ該逃げ角が０°である部分が上記メタライズ層
    と該背金部分との境界から上記台金の外周に沿つ
    て５mm以上である請求項１又は２記載のセラミツ
    クス製チツプ刃付丸鋸。 (4) 上記セラミツクス焼結体が、窒化ケイ素を
    主成分とした焼結体からなる請求項１ないし３記
    載のセラミツクス製チツプ刃付丸鋸。 (5) 上記メタライズ層が、Ａｇ５０〜８３重量
    ％とＣｕ１５〜４０重量％とＴｉ２〜１０重量％
    からなり、かつ厚さが３５〜２００μｍである請
    求項１ないし４記載のセラミツクス製チツプ刃付
    丸鋸。
