数信号を入力し、かつ直流バイアス電圧に依存し
てその局部周波数信号レベルが変化される局部周
波数発振器と、前記周波数変換器のダイオードと
直流的に接続されたバイアス抵抗とを備える周波
数変換装置において、前記バイアス抵抗の両端に
現れる電圧を検出し、かつこの電圧が一定となる
ように前記局部周波数発振器の直流バイアス電圧
を制御する制御回路を設けたことを特徴とする周
