    モードの時には外部からのテス用クロツク信号ま
    たはＬＳＩの内部回路の発振信号を前記ＬＳＩ内
    部回路に伝え、前記モード切替端子上のモードが
    バーンインテストモードでない時には入力信号を
    ＬＳＩ内部回路に伝える双方向バツフアを備えた
    ことを特徴とするＬＳＩテスト回路。
