Abstract

PURPOSE:To smoothly move a sash door end by pivotally mounting guide rollers turnably to free end sides of arm pieces, pivotally mounted turnably to a side of the sash door end, and moving the guide rollers along guide spaces provided in upper and lower frames of a window. CONSTITUTION:A pair of upper and lower arm pieces 21, 24 are pivotally mounted turnably to the door end side of an inner sash B, and a pair of guide rollers 23, 26 are pivotally mounted turnably to free end sides of these arm pieces 21, 24. Next, the guide rollers 23, 26 are engaged with guide spaces 12, 14, provided in upper and lower frames 1a, 1b of a window, and moved along these guide spaces 12, 14. A sash door end is moved in a follow-up manner to the movement of the guide rollers 23, 26 along the guide spaces 12, 14. ln this way, even in the case of the guide spaces 12, 14 flexing, the sash door end can be smoothly moved.

[Detailed description of the invention] Industrial field of application When a shoji is closed, one shoji of a sliding sash is placed on the same plane as the other shoji, or the shoji is placed on the same plane as the fitting part of a one-sided sash. In recent years, there has been a demand for a sash with a simplified design as a whole, and sashes that meet this demand to some extent have been successively proposed, but the present invention is primarily concerned with a sliding door shoji used for such a sash. This invention relates to an indoor/outdoor direction displacement device for a door.

Conventional technology For example, as described in Jitsima J55-74379, upper and lower arcuate grooves are provided on the vertical frame side of the upper and lower window frames and curved while gradually approaching the vertical direction from the indoor side to the outdoor direction. The rolling ball provided at the bottom of the door precedent is engaged with the lower arc-shaped groove, and the vertically rotating roller provided at the upper part is engaged with the upper arc-shaped groove, and when the shoji is closed, the rolling ball is transferred along the lower arc-shaped groove, and the roller There is a structure in which the shoji door tip is rotated along an upper arcuate groove, and the tip of the shoji door is inserted into the interposed gap formed by the water jungle provided inside the vertical wall and the receiving member.

Therefore, when displacing the shoji in the indoor/outdoor direction, the shoji door end must be moved at the same time as the shoji door tip, as described in the above-mentioned publication. In other words, after placing a rolling ball or roller at the base position of the arcuate groove from the indoor side, it is necessary to press the entire shoji toward the outdoors, and a series of operations to move the shoji door tip toward the vertical frame. This is not enough, and the above-mentioned suppression operation is required in addition to the movement operation.

As mentioned above, FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of the arrangement of each part, but this figure also shows the shoji in a closed state. To obtain this shoji closed state, first move the outer shoji B' to the left vertical frame 1d along the upper guide piece 2 and the lower guide rail 4, and then move the hanging wheel (not shown) to the upper guide rail 3. Run along 3,
Moreover, when a roller (not shown) is moved along the lower guide groove 5, the door edge 20 of the inner shoji B gradually approaches the right vertical frame lc, and the upper door edge 20, which has moved along the gap 11 with the approaching movement, approaches the right vertical frame lc. Guide roller 23. 23 is the base 8p12' of the upper guide gap 12
The lower guide rollers 26, 26, which have reached the position and moved along the lower guide groove 5 at the same time, touch the base 1 of the lower guide gap 14.
This will lead to the 4' position.

Then, if the movement operation of Najinko B is continued,
Since the external force due to the movement operation is applied to the inner sash B in the direction of the right vertical frame IC, the upper guide rollers 23, 23 move into the upper guide gap 12, and the lower guide rollers 26, 26 move into the lower guide gap 14. As a result, the upper and lower arm pieces 21 and 24 rotate around the pivot points 22 and 25,
The upper arm piece 21 and the lower arm piece 24 rotate along the upper guide gap 12 of the upper guide roller 23 and along the lower guide gap 14 of the lower guide roller 26, respectively, and rotate in response to the movement. When the door tip 20 of B is inserted into the insertion gap 19, the rotation is stopped and a closed state of the shoji as shown in FIG. 1 is obtained.

In the example, this device is applied to a sliding sash, but a fitting part is provided on one side of the window frame, and when the shoji is opened, it overlaps with the fitting part in the indoor/outdoor direction, and when the sash is closed, the fitting part is closed. The present invention may be applied to a single sliding sash that is positioned on the same plane as the sash.In short, there is no problem in applying the present invention as long as it is a sash that displaces the edge of a shoji door in an indoor/outdoor direction. It is.

Effects of the Invention In the present invention, as described above, since a pair of guide rollers are engaged in the guide gap, the arm pieces do not rotate in relation to the guide rollers, and the shoji door tip does not rotate in relation to the arm pieces. Therefore, even if the guide gap is bent as shown in the embodiment, the shoji door edge follows the movement of the guide roller along the guide gap and moves while changing the arrangement angle in relation to the guide roller. Therefore, the shoji door tip can be smoothly moved indoors and out, and is suitable for use as a guide device for a sash shoji door tip.
