〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は家庭用又は業務用のガスオーブン装置

従来のガスオーブン装置は、第1図に示す通
り、加熱室の下部にバーナを設置し、バーナによ
り加熱した空気の対流によつて被調理物を加熱し
ていた。かかる従来のガスオーブン装置は、比較
的大型のバーナを使用し、装置上部に排気口を設
けて大気開放状態で燃焼させている。従つて扉を
あけると排気ガスにあおられる等作業上支障があ
つた。本考案は、かかる課題を解消すると共に加
熱室内の温度分布を均一にしたものである。

すると共に燃焼室内の後方側の伝熱板に設けた伝
熱促進手段は加熱室の前後方向の伝熱効果を促進
し、前後方向の温度分布を均一にする。

く向上させることができる上、前記した独特の構
成による加熱室の前後方向と左右方向の温度分布
が均一化し、これが上下に設けた燃焼室からの加
熱に相乗して加熱室内温度分布を全体的に均一化
し、加熱調理が交果的に行なえる利点を奏するも
のである。
