ている。上記可撓性カバー8は、第3図および第
4図に示すように、例えばゴムびき布製等の防水
素材からなる長方形状のカバー本体11と、この
カバー本体11の対向する両端縁部に取付けられ
たフアスナー12と、この両端縁部に近接した複
数個所に取付けられた掛け金具13と、カバー本
体11の両側縁部を締付け固定する金属製のバン
ド14とから構成されている。なお、このカバー
