In particular, by providing a large number of notches on the entire surface, it is possible to reduce the flow resistance of circulating water to a filter clogged with dirt and grime in hot water, and to increase the effective filtration area of the filter. This is a technical feature.

た。 The above-mentioned circulation type water heater is usually equipped with a filter for the purpose of removing scale, dirt, oil, etc. from the hot water, but the above-mentioned filter becomes clogged over time and the water flow becomes difficult. As a result of increasing the resistance and decreasing the flow rate, there was a problem in that the pump etc. stopped unnecessarily.

Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems at once by providing an appropriate number of cuts through the front and back of the filter, which is made of synthetic fibers and has a certain thickness, and which penetrates the front and back sides of the filter.

According to the present invention, when the filter becomes clogged and the pressure on the upstream side increases, the cut is pushed open to maintain a predetermined flow velocity downstream, and at the same time, the thickness of the cut increases the effective filtration area. It is something that works.

The configuration will be explained in more detail below according to an example in which the structure is applied to a circulation type bathtub shown in the drawings. This water heater is a circulation type water heater, in which a filter 3 described below is suitably installed inside the water heater, and a water intake pipe 4 and a reflux pipe 5 are provided between the water heater and the bathtub 1 to form a circulation path. The hot water in the bathtub is forcibly circulated and heated by a suction pump 6 interposed between the water pipes 4.

It is formed by providing an appropriate number of notches 3' in the shape of a letter or a cross.

The increased water pressure pushes open the notch 3', maintains a constant flow rate of hot water supplied through the filter, and reliably prevents the pump 6 etc. from stopping unexpectedly.

である。 Further, in this case, by providing the cut 3', the effective contact area with the filter 3 of hot water passing through this portion increases, so that the entire thickness of the filter 3 performs the filtering function, and the cut 3' Even though some of the water flows down without contacting the filter when passing through the filter, its dirt and dust are reliably removed as it repeatedly flows back through the circulation path.

実用的利点を有するものである。 The size, shape, number, etc. of the notches 3' are design matters that should be selected as necessary depending on the water quality, filter material, pump horsepower, and other conditions. However, due to the above-mentioned cuts, not only the surface of the filter but also the entire thickness of the filter can exert a filtering action, and the function as a filter can be greatly extended, which is a remarkable practical advantage.
